Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

SO AFTER PICKING UP MY DAUGHTER FROM WORK WE WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU ON ATLANTIC AVE LAST NIGHT ABOUT 9.23 (SHE LOVES TACO BELL) AND HAD RAMWATTIE R AS MY CASHIER-AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT. SHE WAS SO STOIC LOOKING, EVEN SEEMS SLIGHTLY IRRITATED THAT SHE'S ACTUALLY WORKING . ALMOST EVERY TIME SHE'S OUR CASHIER, OUR ORDER IS BOUND TO BE SHORT. - SHE FORGET THE DRINK ONE TIME, FIESTA POTATOES ANOTHER, CHALUPA THE NEXT, LAST NIGHT SHE FORGOT THE ROLLED CHICKEN CMB (JUST GOT THE DRINK) AFTER RECEIVING MY ORDER I ASKED MY DAUGHTER TO CHECK THE BAG TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS THERE AND LO AND BEHOLD THE ROLLED CHICKEN WAS MISSING SO I TOLD RAMWATTIE AND SHE JUST GAVE ME A LOOK THAT SUGGEST SHE CAN STRANGLE ME RIGHT THERE AND THEN:) AS MY DAUGHTER WERE RUMMAGING THROUGH THE VERY THIN PAPER BAG THAT HELD OUR FOOD MY CHALUPA FELL TO THE FLOOR! I TURNED TO LOOK AT RAMWATTIE AND SAID MY CHALUPA JUST FELL, SHE JUST STARED AT ME WITH NO EXPRESSION ON HER FACE AS I WAITED FOR ALMOST 2 MINS TO SEE IF I WOULD GET A REPLACEMENT....JUST GOT NASTY LOOKS AND SILENCE! IF SHE HAD PACKED EVERYTHING WE WONT HAD TO HAVE FOOD SPILLING ONTO MY CAR..MY MATS DONT WANT TO EAT CHEESE AND TOMATOES, I DO!!. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD MY ORDER MESSED UP BUT ITS THE FIRST TIME I AM WRITING A REVIEW ABOUT IT. I ALREADY CONTACTED CORPORATE TO LET THEM KNOW. I've worked customer service and retail in my life, so I understand the struggle and never give hard working people a hard time. I'm always empathetic towards customer service workers even when they mess up my order.

This Taco Bell ALWAYS messes up my order, like literally every other order something is wrong or missing. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for over 8 years because of the convenience and for the vegetarian options, and I always end up just forgiving and forgetting because I'm not the type to really care about the $5-$10 because I'm grateful to be in a good position in my life to not let little things like this bother me. I probably ordered from this Taco Bell like 80+ times in a year so you can imagine how much money I wasted in not getting my full order or having something given incorrectly.

I think I finally hit that point in my life where this place finally tested my patience and I'm just done with this place for good. Service has been getting worse every year and the staff are always rushing you to place your order as if they have somewhere they have to be even if you are the only person in line. But I finally had it because I LITERALLY just ordered food 10 minutes ago and I got the #8 Doritos Locos Tacos combo with potato substitution and these people LITERALLY GAVE ME TACOS WITH NOTHING but TOPPINGS!!!! I had tacos with lettuce, cheese, sour cream...

Very rude and unprofessional. Read other reviews about missing items!! They do this on purpose, there are a lot reviews that mention that!! Be aware !! I didn’t get the lady name since she doesn’t have name tag on! but to describe her she is Indian and elderly. she is very disrespectful and rude. I ordered from the machine food and drink as bottle of water and I paid$3 for the water. When I received the order, the order didn’t have the bottle of water so I asked for it, that Indian elderly lady yelled me and told me that she won’t give it to me because they don’t have water bottles!! And because i ordered it from the machine there is no refund!! Instead of letting the customer know that there are no water bottles, and apologizing, she just went ahead and give me the bag without water bottle!! You should put a sign on the machine to let people know not to order the items that you don’t have !!( because this looks like scamming)!! Stay away from this place, they are going...
