Hi everyone,
I recently had the worst customer service experience at this location. I ordered food ahead of time using the Grubhub app. Upon arrival, my husband went in to pick up the order, but the employee—a man with a beard and hat—was shockingly rude. He refused to hand over the order despite us providing three screenshots as proof.
Frustrated, I called the restaurant myself to try to resolve the issue, but the same person insisted that I needed to be physically present to pick it up. This policy makes no sense. What if I was on a work call or working remotely and couldn’t leave? What then?
Eventually, I had to go in myself and show them everything on my end, but the experience was already ruined. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was appalling.
To be honest, I don’t understand the 5-star reviews for this place. Are people just being nice? My experience revealed their true attitude towards customers and how poorly they handle situations.

Then I asked for egg salad with a toasted bagel on the side. It came up to $19 because of the smallest side of potato salad. But she said it came with it? She just did not know what she was doing. I knew it was a red flag because the table next to us got the bill and the man told her “fix the bill then come back.” She single handedly ruin my appetite. Read moreI've Always came here for breakfast and lunch but last week the rude and unprofessional waitress gave me a dirty cup which my wife noticed after pouring a Snapple inside that it was dirty and had white marks .the waitress was right there and saw when we noticed the dirty cup and I asked for another cup and a Snapple but she said she will only give me a cup not another Snapple . So basically she wanted me to take the Snapple i poured in the dirty cup into the new cup she was going to bring . Hmmm this does not sound sanitary or healthy at ALLL!
