Unprofessional, chauvinistic, rude, incompetent owner. Wish there were more words allowed to explain my review. I had my daughter's third birthday party scheduled at the warehouse venue, I was told I could come a minimum of 3 hours early to set up, when I arrived the pungent aroma of disgusting smoke punched me in the face through BOTH of my face masks. I explained the smell the gentlemen in the office, they kindle opened the backdoor, and I contacted the owner who was the rudest man in the world. He told me that he and a few of his friends were in the venue celebrating his birthday the night before and playing cards and smoking and drinking in the venue. I proceeded to tell him how unprofessional this was when he had a child birthday party the following day and he tells me and I quote "this is my place, don't tell me what i can and can't do with it, don't talk to me like that, I'm not your husband. how about I give you your money back and you go somewhere else for your kids party" and which point i was irate! I told him as a registered nurse working for the department of health, how dare he host a smoking party during a respiratory virus pandemic firstly, secondly, at a place where nicotine is now in the air where little one are now going to inhale the remnants of this secondhand smoke and now he is breaching contract and telling me to have my party elsewhere 2 hours before I have guests arriving! He stated "I am not breaching contract, you are getting everything you ordered, nowhere in the contract did it say you would get a place that smells good". I was floored. After much more arguing, he said he was "going to take care of it" and to "stop calling him", then his wife and child came in and apologized for the smell and his behavior and wiped down the walls and used lysol and febreze. It was unnecessary stress. After an hour of fanning out the room, using tons of sprays, opening the doors, and wiping down all walls, and febreze table linens, thankfully none of the guests complained of the smell, and I did get everything i ordered from my contract, but his behavior was so nasty and uncalled for, and his unprofessionalism was disgusting. I am taking this time let you know of my disappointment in the service I received from your company at my event 6/20/24 at 3010 Briggs Ave.
Our event was from 3-6. Your representative came at 3;20. It took them 30 min to set up. Then , I was told the second bounce castle could not be set up because the inflator was not working . It took 45 min for the replacement to arrive . It came at 4:50 pm. It was very disappointing and then I asked the guys to get the other stuff up and running , popcorn, churros ,cotton candy. They were not able to communicate because they were Spanish speaking individuals and so further delay in getting the carnival started , I call the office and the person there was able to tell them what to do. While I appreciate the fact that they stayed and helped out which was not apart of the original contract it was a disaster , I paid for 150 churros to be served 3 boxes of 50 came only two boxes were open and one box unopened and went back with your staff. They were complaints the churros were cold as well. To be fair they stayed until 630 to try make up but most parents started picking up at 6 so I really didn’t see the need to stay over 6pm. All in all our experience with your service was horrible to be honest.
This was a poor reflection on customer service provided by your company. I trust that you will speak to your staff, and let them know the importance of being on time, checking equipment before hand to ensure everything is working properly before doing an event etc.
I didn’t get a solid hour worth of what I paid for, with all the issues that happened. This was to be a fun end of program activity for the students. It was a disaster.

Read moreWe had the 1 hour magician package for our sons birthday party, and they told us that they would show up somewhere between 4.30 - 5 pm. Right after 5 pm I got a phone call stating the magician had been in a car accident and was running late, he would be coming about 25-30 minutes later. Sure, anything can happen... right? I got caught up in the party - not paying attention to the time, and it wasn't until 6 pm that the magician finally showed up ( do I have to mention that a lot of kids had already left at that time...........) He told me that he had been scheduled by ALL IN ONE to be at another party at 4 and that party was an hour away from my location!! How irresponsible of the company to book the same guy for two separate parties so far apart at basically the same time.....
Anyway - the show was okay, the kids that were left were entertained, but I made it clear that I wasn't happy with the delay of the show at all, but was told I could call on the Monday to discuss a refund.
I got the run around from probably every single person at the company - being promised to get a call back from the owner by the end of the day. No call back - the following day I had to repeat the story to multiple people (also got put on hold for absurd long time). I was told I was suppose to get a $30 refund. I was asking AGAIN for the supervisor/owner and was told I need to make a appointment to actually drive to the office to meet with him. This is so ridiculous I cannot even understand how this company have any business!
I am still waiting for that refund (18 days later) I would not recommend this scam...
