Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

WARNING: CHECK YoUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I was pretty disappointed in this Taco Bell cantina. They need new management. When I came in those workers look MISERABLE! There were only two workers and there were so many uber orders. Took a star off because for the wait we had to endure IT WAS A WASTE because they didn’t even get anything in our order correct. I asked the girl at the register that I only wanted beans. I don’t believe that’s a difficult Task seeing is how the beans should be right in front of them. They got THREE things wrong in the order and I wish I would have opened all the food up and looked inside to make sure but who does that? They usually get the orders right in my neighborhood so why was this place lacking that so much. Another star off for the attitude that we got by the pick up station by the gentle man doing the orders. This was on a Friday night and close to 10:45pm. I felt even worse for delivery men because they were even more unprofessional to them. The employee at the pick up station was completely unhelpful and delivery men were left to fend for themselves. I only left two stars because they were opened and clean, social distance labels were in place neatly and the place was bright and had good music on. The other star was for the alcoholic drinks they made which were actually pretty tasty. As far as the food, I couldn’t bare how salty the meat was and I was already far that I couldn’t go back and have them remake the order and get it correct. I’ve never had a Taco 🛎 bell experience like that before. We asked for soft tacos and got hard. Check your food before you leave! I didn't have high hopes for another fast food restaurant in the area, but this was a Taco Bell Cantina! They surely have their stuff in order. Well... for the most part. It was my first time eating from there; and I ordered online and picked up (definitely a plus, since no other fast food restaurant in the neighborhood does that). I walked in, told them I was there for pickup (at the time I chose), and was given my food. I walked home and got ready to enjoy. That was until I realized they gave me what looked like two double decker tacos (no beans), instead of two loaded potato grillers. While I was bummed, I enjoyed the food nevertheless. The staff was friendly. The store was super clean. And the food was hot and fresh. This won't deter me from going there again, as there may have been an issue between the app and the store. But I have to give a fair review and deduct one star for failing to get the order correct the first time. I do recommend coming here though. For those adults in the area, come during dinner time when the teenagers are home (don't come after school, as you'll run into what looks like a packed...

I looked forward to finally having a taco bell in the area but I gotta say I am truly disappointed in the service here. First few visits longer wait ever and then recieved messed up order. Then to top it off I placed a mobile order last night with this location and when I went in to pick it up I was told by the manager Ramon that he didnt recieve it on his screen. I proceeded to show him my receipt from the email and order to show i paid for it and sent it to this location and he still with a nasty attitude stated that he cant do anything about it if it doesnt come on his screen to call customer service. So you guys are ok with taking my money but not giving me my order. Some establishment you have here. Will never be coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to go here cause you take our money but refuse to give us what we paid for. Terrible customer service.
