Do yourself a favor and just don't do it. I thought my previous bad experiences were due to them not caring if they messed up a delivery order, but even in person it's just atrocious. Today an order of 6 items with only one modification (no tomato on one item, no combo meals), took 45 minutes, and 3 corrections. At one point my husband had to question if the two workers could count when they began to argue he had a complete order despite only having 5 items in the bag. It wasn't until he slowly counted out each item to show one was missing and the manager began to yell at them did they give the final item. What is the point of insisting everyone use the digital kiosk to place orders, if no one actually reads the order?
I'm beginning to think the pre requisite to work at taco bells in Brooklyn is to do whatever you want, make up your own rules, not read, not math, make sure all the sauce is in the wrapper and not the food; while having the biggest attitude in the world when people ask for what they actually paid for no matter how politely its done.

Read moreI ordered 2 separate meals for this delivery order. There were 4 issues with this order. I should mention that I paid $53 dollars and change for this order. 1. I ordered one drink (a specialty dream freezy drink) but I received a different drink than I ordered. 2. I ordered a large nacho cheese fries but the fries were cold upon arrival and tasted like plain wiry fries with ZERO nacho cheese powder at all... I may as well have gone to McDonalds... 3. I ordered the cinnamon twists but although Taco Bell charged me for it, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. If Taco Bell no longer has this item, it should NOT be on their menu. Additionally, I should not have been charged for it. Lastly, 4. the tacos I received (1. doritos supreme and 2 regular ones) all tasted inedible... The beef tasted like the way canned dog food smells. I wouldn't even give that to my dog to eat... It was so disgusting, I could only get 1 bite down before I felt like throwing it up... Read moreOkay, So I went yesterday evening about 4pm. Upon walking in, I saw 1 person at a kiosk, and I beleive 4 employees just standing behind the counter talking doing nothing. When I approached the counter to order, I was told I HAD TO, to order at the kiosk, which confused me because when I looked at the end of the counter, I saw two registers, I am assuming those are not there for decorations. But I proceeded to order at the kiosks. When placing my order, I wanted a small drink. I only saw an option for a medium and a large size drink. I opted for a medium. When waiting for my order I saw on the Menu on the TV that there are a small medium and large drink option with different prices. When I questioned, an employee about why I didn't have a small option, she told me she didnt know why the menu said that because they only have medium and large. When I received my order, I was disappointed. The burrito was half the size it normally is. I ordered chips and cheese.
