Peking — Restaurant in New York

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I spent $45 on 4 orders and 3 out of the 4 orders was completely wrong! When I called to let them know the lady who answers the phone was VERY RUDE, kept me on hold for a long time and when she came back to the phone she rushed me off! They have horrible customer service and the food is not good either! For one of my orders, I ordered “Boneless Chicken” with Honey Sauce instead they sent me the chicken that comes when you order “Sweet and Sour Chicken.” When I told her that I’ve ordered “Boneless Chicken” from other Chinese restaurants many times before she proceeded to tell me that their “Boneless Chicken” comes “PUFFY” (whatever that is)...she didn’t even try to fix my orders just kept on making useless excuses for why my orders were the way they were...who does that?!!! I will NEVER order from Peking again! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS CHINESE...

Did and Uber eats order and they forgot to package the gravy for the pork egg foo young . I order a lot of times on the phone also with them and they asked for my phone number and address and ’ told me they will send it out. After waiting 20 minutes I called back and was told they lost my address. I said why didn’t you call me? He hung up. I called back he said take it up with uber. I tried to speak and he hung up again. Would never do any business with them again. They shouldn’t treat a customer like that especially knowing it was their fault .. for now on it’s China wok and mandarin. Good thing I got a refund from uber, so Peking...

They never get my order right and I always have to beg for my change because they act like they can’t count. Whenever I order, I always ask to separate the veggies or rice —they confirm it, and STILL put everything together in the same container. They tell you the price on the phone and when you goto pick up, they tell you something different. Twice this has happened to me now and that’s two times too many. Fries taste very oily and the brown rice tastes stale. I don’t recommend this spot and I won’t waste time visiting...
