The most horrible customer service ever. First time ever walking in to this shop, as it was conveniently located next to the Walgreens where I had to go. Ran in here to pick up some lunch for my son and his school friends after a game. They have a sign posted in the front, for a combo special, which is $10.99 for 9 piece chicken and a drink. I asked for this combo and the lady behind the counter said she couldn’t give it to me, cause she had a big order today and needed the chicken. Then she said she can give me the 6 pieces she had at the counter, I told her I would take that, with some fries, she went and asked the man that works there if he will “make some fries”, he said, “ME NAH MEK NO FRIES NOW”. Then he told her not to sell me the fried chicken alone, because he needs it to sell with the fried rice😳 how is this quality customer service?! These people are rude and a disgrace to the food industry! I can’t believe they are still in business!!! Complete DISGRACE! I went to go get food for my family because it is a half Halal place and half Guyanese place so we asked for three platters of chicken over rice clearly we said it twice.
