The whole Christmas time bread organization is messed up. There is no organization and even if you want to order one bread they give you a hard time also the girls at the front have no good attitude when they deal with customers we joined a long line to find out there is no bread. Time is value and they really do not value your time here. I really would advise everyone to just order from other stores because this one in particular just really causes a lot of confusion . I waited more than half an hour for them to tell me there is no bread. They are making people pay and then go back for bread later the afternoon. Some of the girls at the front are nice but some of them gives you the most bad customer service experience.
Update to Reply: Thanks for replying to my comment and for letting us know about your standards. I feel the staff needs to be trained because we noticed while waiting in line there was a guy that was there (very muscular) and another girl that was basically skipping everyone in line and sold to this other lady that was not even in line and she had no ticket the guy even told the lady she needs to join the line but she made a fuss and they ended up selling her infront of everyone else and it was super obvious because they asked her what she needed and didn't realize I was listening to the whole conversation. I really felt taken advantage of but it's your store. I left and didn't even turn to look back because I had my first impression of the store already and was not going to stand in a line where there was no organization. People were already upset and I see if that continues, there will bound to be more comments and...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethe female staff working here have disgusting attitudes. They gossip about customers on the line, laugh at people. Today I bought bread and the female staff who worked today 11/17/2024 in the afternoon that wore the hat served me as if I was a dog. She just threw the bread on the counter and didnāt even ask if I wanted a bag. Instead she said āthatās itā and when I asked for a bag, she turned to the next female staff to complain and said how I come to buy bread and didnāt bring a bag rudely. She got upset because a previous customer said something and she took it out on me. That is NOT how you treat customers. If you see someone donāt have a bag, you simply ask if they need one, donāt have an attitude about it. She got in her feelings over a 10 cents bag. People are not coming to your house to buy so itās not okay to be rude and arrogant to customers. People are paying for products, this store doesnāt provide free things to people so she needs to cut the attitude or find another job. The next customer will not take her nasty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI amm a repeat customer who has always enjoyed the baked goods here, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. When I requested a plastic bag, the staff member at the counter reacted with an unnecessary level of frustration and spoke to me in a very rude tone. The exchange became very unpleasant, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. It was clear that the bakery has a policy about charging for bags and could not allow me to purchase a plastic bag because I did not buy food , but this was never explained to me politely. A simple explanation would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, the employee's poor attitude completely soured my experience. While the pastries are always delicious, the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff is enough to make me reconsider returning. I hope management will use this as a training opportunity to ensure their staff can communicate store policies to customers with more courtesy and respect...
