Ten Dragon — Restaurant in New York

I ordered food at 8:46. They said 45mins to 1 hour. Its now two hours later, my food still hasn't come. The delivery driver lied to the restaruant and told them he came to my residence, and called, but he never called. I never got any messages. My dog never barked. They won't cancel my order, or refund me. When I called, the person on the phone first said delivery.com orders sometimes get mixed up. I called back, they said the driver came, but he never did. I'm getting two different stories. This is FRAUD! Do yourself a favor, go somehwere else. ANYWHERE else. Not this place. Unless you want to get ripped off and lied...

Food was good better than most around me. My only thing was I wish they cooked the ribs a little more. It was fully cooked I just like mine a little more cooked but maybe all I have to do is tell them next time because I’m definitely ordering from them again. Food wasn't great at all. i read most of the reviews before i ordered but their food isn't worth buying. i ordered PFRwith General Tso chicken and my chicken was mushy and rice was too and it barely had any veggies in the rice. i also ordered chicken lo mien and that was also mushy, noodles were very over cooked. i spent $30 for some of the worst...
