The Original American Chicken 2 — Restaurant in New York

This place has the worst service. There is a lady working there. The worst service from her I've ever received. She purposely told other employees to give me the worst pieces. And she is the type to spit on your food when your not looking. Even through the mask this lady has such a disrespectful and disgusting attitude (God complex) acting a if she owns the place. I never spoke to her but ask for a meal. She then completely ignored me and i even smiled and joked so i can have a meal without disgust and hate. I really hope she gets fired. Because of this one person. This restaurant will fail. One bad apple will spoil everything. Customer service is one of the most important things in a restaurant. I really felt so disrespected and from her attitude. I did not want to eat here. Im seeing the worst attitude from any place i went. I felt anger and sadness from her attitude that i will NEVER go back there again. Eat at your own risk. This lady will have the employees do bad things to your food. Ive heard her saying it. I understand Spanish and she didn't think i did. But i video recorded what she said. Im reporting this restaurant too the food and health administration as well as 311 which i already did. All i wanted was a meal for dinner. This lady ruined it and tampered with my meal. Who does things like this?? Horrible service. She literally told the guys cooking to give him the worst. Even worse speaking in Spanish when i speak and understand it. She needs to get fired. I guarantee the restaurant will succeed. Im reporting them because of her for complete disrespect and video of her telling the other guys to mess up my food. I never felt this. Disgust is the only thing i revived from this place. I hope...

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.

Atmosphere: I have to admit, as a new customer, I didn't know where to look first so that I could have a better idea of what to order. There is some food on the sideboard on the left side once you enter the restaurant. There are also pictures of other dishes on the wall, which are on the right side of the restaurant. There is not a clear menu design inside the restaurant. Thus, minus one star.

Service: This part is where this place rescues other areas with flaws. The lady at the cash gerister, who also takes orders, is so friendly, respectful, and cheerful. The other people who also take orders are friendly and respectful. I think the service experience includes the overall at the restaurant. Therefore, I think they could improve their restroom.

Food: It seems like there is a mixture of good food and not so great food. However, I can only talk about the dish I ordered. I ordered the Fish Platter and it was okay. The fish fillets were thin and lacking flavor. Thus, minus one star. I think other dishes on their menu might be better than the Fish Platter.

Price: I think you can say prices are decent according to your order. In my case, the fish platter was not worth the price due to the reasons...

All in all very good. Ordered the family meal #2 which is a whole chicken with 4 sides and pita for $25.99. Very tasty and the sides were big too. The woman the works the phones and cash register was very nice and gave great service. Definitely the best deal around in terms of quality and quantity for under $30. Will definitely be a regular customer....

Went again and tried their Rib combo and Gyro Pita Platter both were great, big portions and very tasty. The ribs are excellent and so are the spanish red beans. Different woman at the counter but again very nice service.

Wish I would have tried this place sooner been walking past it for...
