Teppanyaki One Teriyaki & Sushi — Restaurant in New York

Pretty simple place but nice and new well lit good seating.. Foods good too .. But the staff was rude .. Just trying to ask them to get if they have dipping sauces for the dumplings , I had to ask them multiple times .. And they were just staring at me with a bad look

I had to repeat myself.. And then they finally have it to me hesitantly.. And on the way out..we said "Thank you have a good day" and the register girl just looked at me without any...

Went into the restaurant to order. Placed order with Cashier/POS. Wife ordered a bento box but cashier seemed to have a teriyaki chicken combo on the brain as cashier seemed only to hear this rather than a chicken bento.

Bento was mentioned at least three separate times but was still charge the teriyaki box. Did not notice until after we got home.

This place needs to have a POS person thst understands ebglish and listens to...

I believe Grand Opening was a few days ago, it's my first time ordering here and I went with the Chicken and Beef Teriyaki with Vegetables but substituting the white rice with Noodles. I must say the service was swift and quick and the staff was very courteous. I took my order to go but interior seating is pleasantly quiet. I recommend. Food is delicious...
