Three Brother's — Restaurant in New York

Pizza is just ok, they Never hire people from the community and sometimes can be very arrogant and display dislike for their customers who are often tweens of color. Can be rude but never thinks that its his selfishness & bigotry that causes the communities rudess towards the stores owmer. He Doesnt join in community events, prices too high for tweens so they use lesser quality products and this is not the only store he owns. He is here only for the money, he can smile while he hates his customers, sometimes he cant hold back and you will walk out, visitors and delivery orders are the only ones who dont know his real personality of the owner. 2 stars because its the only REAL pizzza...

The pizza was okay asked for it to be a little over cooked so it didnt come out too doughy, I ordered a chicken parm sandwich that was absolutely disgusting. You couldn't even bite through certain pieces of chicken, after looking at it closely you can tell it was days old chicken that had been defrosted multiple times post seasoning and breading. They thought smothering it in cheese and sauce would hide it. Like come on guys youd rather save a few dollars on some fresh chicken and lose a customer? Time to audit the fridge and freezer boys, take the loss, write it off stop being cheap, you wanna charge premium prices dish out some...

Normally , I have a good experience with delivery with them but today this person was so nasty on the phone . They told me to hold on . Not a problem but then proceeded to leave me on the phone without coming back to talk on the phone . Then I called they were hanging up on me so I had to use my boyfriend’s phone to call instead . They ended up picking up . Cool . So I stated they never picked up the phone for me and the owner shoo’s me off and basically rushes me to order and never even told me the price of the food . Disgusting . Never encountered something like this before with them . I will never order from them again...
