⭐ 1 Star — This wasn’t just a bad order… It was a health hazard...
I’m absolutely done with Checkers after this experience.
I recently ordered the Pick Two Mix and Match meal for delivery, and I was extremely careful when customizing my two double cheeseburgers. I explicitly unchecked the ingredients I didn’t want: pickles, tomatoes, onions, and mustard. I did this because I have serious food allergies to raw onions and mustard, something I would have made clear in the order had that been an option. However, Checkers did not allow any notes regarding allergies on the app.
So imagine my shock and frustration when I opened the bag and saw that BOTH burgers were loaded with everything I asked to be removed. Not one or two ingredients, all of them were on there, as if no one even glanced at the order details. I tried to remove them, but the damage was already done. Just tasting it caused an immediate allergic reaction. My stomach hurt, my throat felt like it was closing up, and I had to take two allergy medications AND my EpiPen just to get it under control.
This wasn’t just disappointing. This was negligent and dangerous. If I hadn’t caught the reaction in time, this could have ended in an ER visit, or worse.
It’s clear that whoever prepared my food didn’t read the order or didn’t care, and either way, that’s completely unacceptable. Food allergies are not a joke. When a customer makes specific requests for medical reasons, you have a responsibility to get it right.
Checkers has completely lost my trust. I won’t be ordering again, and I hope others with allergies think twice before doing so. This kind of careless disregard for a customer's health is inexcusable. So much for...

The lady in front us had to wait 15 minutes to leave because they got her order wrong 7 times missing many items with her order. One of my friends had to wait 10 minutes for his change while my other friend was waiting for her food for 30 minutes and the asked what she was waiting for when she didn't even get her food. They even got my order wrong, I asked for an ice cream swirl in the cup and the guy gave me a cone I asked him again for the cup and one of the employees decides to put the cone in the cup and I just left after waiting for my food I just left and when we were about to leave I lost my appetite after waiting that long for my food. Bad choice. About half an hr later, went through the drive thru. Ordered two of their 2 for 6 deals, one of the orders wasn't even right, but on top of that, the burgers given to me were SO insanely bad, I'm still trying to figure out the words to describe how intricately insulting these burgers were. The onions smelled terrible, and the lettuce was older than Jesus. The only thing that was good in my order were the fries, even though they tasted like funnel cake stix. Cherry coke, and lemonade. The soda tasted like it was missing flavor? And the lemonade tasted like it was made with toilet water....
