We are local neighborhood guys, it’s a shame to see where our small businesses are headed. Buddy and I decided to go get some ICs at our local well-known icy shop, only to be disappointed when ordering with bad customer service, minimal selection of flavors, even though They are advertised as if they are in stock. Honestly, that’s not the issue, though the issue was the employee, nasty attitude on the phone facetiming, sipping her drink when we acknowledged her she would not even respond. We saw her mopping the floor and made a comment about how much it smelled like cleaning products in there she proceeded to serve our ice cream without washing her hands, and then threw the scooper from halfway across the room into the sink.like a buzzer beater for the win. In the end her attitude changed when she saw my friend put a 5 in the tip jar. But the bad taste was already in our mouths. If it wasn’t because we know that is a local neighborhood business we probably wouldn’t have even left a tip, but we did and now I hope Management takes this...
Read moreI’d placed my order, very simple one to, 2 pints of ice creams, I said one with no lid, the other to go with lid, they put lid on both, so they took it off no problem, I left with my order, turns out, my ice cream is ice, not ice cream, went back, she charge me for the one I returned, their mistake, I gave them money, they’d charge me double for the one I wanted, she then returned my over charged change, but I had to pay fir the one, they’ve made the mistake, she’s said, because I ate one spoon of it, I mean, what do you expect, you gave my order, I have to eat it in order to tasted, she said, we can’t take it back, surely understandable, but, paying for their mistake, not for least, pay full price for their mistake, she wanted to give me back the money, she went into the tip jar, I turn my back I walked off, I was willing to pay half of that pint mistake ice cream, she want haven’t it, she told me, it’s their first day, and I had to paid for...
