Vineyard — Restaurant in New York

Have been here multiple times. When they first opened they were great now their service has declined big time. Maybe they got comfortable. The staff needs better customer service. The cashier is very rude. The cashier took my order and left without saying a word. I had to ask him to charge me and left again . I had to reach over the counter to get the things I paid for. Literally no words came out of his mouth before or after ordering. Not even to give me a “hello” or “your total is” , nothing. The cooks make fun of customers and the woman helping with coffees , juices etc seems to be a having a bad day every time I’ve been there. This is the last time I go. Overpriced as well. It’s a shame because their products are great, the food is good , I leave close by but I can’t overlook how rude they have been. I will be walking to Apple gourmet next door for a...

I ordered the pancakes platter.

Service was quick 👍 BUT there were several large pieces of eggshells in my pancakes 👎

The cashier was busy but cordial 👍 BUT he only gave me one packet of syrup (an ounce) for three pancakes about 4" round. He did provide another reluctantly when I requested it. This was takeout, so it was a good thing I checked. He provided a knife and fork, but no napkins. 👎

The atmosphere is bright and airy. It is very clean and feels brand new inside.

Every time you buy something, they don’t like to give you your change it happened to me twice with this people. If you change will be $4.50 he’ll just give you the four dollars without the $.50 and does that to every customer and won’t even give you your change back as they pretend they don’t know about the rest.
