Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

The people are really lazy really rude. The vanilla and chocolate frosty comes out of the same machine , they'll tell you aint no chocolate , they only have vanilla , instead of just refilling the chocolate in the machine , and if you order online they'll make you wait 2 hours to just give you the wrong flavor you didn't order . All they have to do is refill the chocolate in the machine instead of being lazy and lieing to customers , SMH.... then when you finally get your delivery order 2 hours later your frosty is melted to the point you can just drink it , and they charge you 3 times the original price for melted ice cream. 30 years ago when it was all Spanish people that didn't know English working there it was run by motivated respectful people that wanted to do thing correctly. Now there are some lazy Entitled Incompetent rude people that works there . Now I know to get a good Wendy's experience I have to either go to Manhattan or a Spanish neighborhood with all Spanish people working behind the counter .... don't let my name fool yall my father is black and my mother is Puerto Rican , so I know lazy and rude...

Everyone behaves like they're at home or on the streets. Their attitude is disgusting. This used to be my favorite Wendy's location when it USED to have a lively staff that were fast paced, even on their slow days - you just didn't feel miserable. The staff that would be hired whether they were on rotation or not were pleasant and could strike up a conversation with you.

Before you know it, your order is ready and you're out of there.

Now it's the total opposite, the current staff would talk to you like you're a dog, treat you like a rodent, enthusiastic to have an argument with an attitude set 24/7 if they had to stay that long. Awful. I'll visit sometime later to reassess and maybe my reviews will change but it will be of the year that place is cleansed from that toxic energy.

No one wants to come in to face that anytime, everyday, whether customers work or not - we're people as well. I find that the people who go there are quiet, they just want their food like I do and get out, not the extra foolishness that goes...

TERRIBLE!!!!! I have come to this location on many occassions, they have an attitude, which makes no sense!!! If you don't like your job why work there!! When you ask for your drinks (because they give your food with out drinks) they tell you have to wait....not making it clear to the customer there is a process inorder..... 1. Person taking order, 2. Different person gives your the food, 3. Different person gives you your drinks. Pleassse don't go through drive-thru.... which they take a long time as well!! Then I had the audacity to order online to have delivered to my house!!! 3 times they got the order wrong!!! One time they put bacon on my order, mind you I don't eat pork. Second time not including my chilli nor my drink!!!!. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!! THIS LOCATION IS A DISGRACE OF ESTABLISHMENT!!. Plus I didn't get my money back for the items they did not give me none of the times!!! Tired of the associates attitudes they do not know the meaning of customer service.
