My visit on February 27, 2016 was the worst experience at this particular Wendy's ever. I've frequented this Wendy's for over 20 years and today I saw a new crew, who are less than unprofessional. I waited over 10 minutes to place my order due to the fact that the supervisor on duty on this shift was holding up the line by talking with the only girl taking orders at that time. After waiting more than 5 minutes for the food, my order was wrong. I decided not to go back to the window since I was already having a negative experience. On my way to the table I passed the supervisor talking very loudly on her cell phone since she had it on speaker. Another employee was sitting at another table and using FaceTime on her cell phone and it was very disrespectful in her part that she was using foul language in her native Dominican tongue. The staff is very uncaring for the clients. I noticed a couple leave due to the long wait. The joking around and lack of seriousness in this particular establishment is atrocious. Complete lack of respect on behalf of the entire staff. Needless to say this is my last visit at this particular Wendy's at 4330...

A couple of months ago I got food poisoning from eating their chicken sandwich was raw, which by the time I realized and stopped eating it I already ate half. I was driving and on my way to qork which is why it took a few to realize it but the damage was done. 2 days I was sick with food poison. Then this Saturday I was with 4 other people in my car and we decided to get food 2 of us got Wendy's and 3 of them got sarku and guess who was in extreme pain and suffering with food poisoning later in the day ? The 2 people who ate Wendy's and the 3 that got sarku were fine. Look i dont know what is going on over there lately, but I think they are cross contaminating the food, because the food wasn't raw this time because when I ate it I looked at it to be sure. So I look inside and see only 3 people on line. Logically I went inside. Waited only a few minutes for my order, or someone else's. My order was wrong altho it was definitely mine, as per their system when they call your name out.
The cashier was kind but a total rookie. You can tell she was new. She was missing 3 things off of my order, although i repeated it multiple times and she verbally confirmed. Shame on the manager for not having a more experienced person help her.
They need to hire or schedule more people for the weekends, instead of having only a few people running around without any dedication to one station. It would definutely take care of the drive through situation and the order mishaps. One or two employees can mean a world of...
