Never again! I have to take a cab I am very disappointed of Wendy's locatedon 3636 Boston Rd Bronx, NY 10454 on July 11 I placed an order on Wendy's App for delivery after waiting for almost 45 minutes my order arrived, I have some friends over so it was a big order. I opened the bag and 3 Cheeseburgers were missing, 3 French fries and 2 drinks. I immediately called the store and nobody picked up the phone and the Dasher had nothing to do with the missing items because the bag comes sealed; I didn't had any other choice than to take a cab and go to the restaurant. After I got there I waited less than 5 minutes. I explained to the cashier that some items were missing and I wanted everything to be make fresh because the food was cold, not the best customer service I was expecting! The cashier told me (in fact it was 2 young ladies) they cannot make the whole order again but they will make the sandwiches and fries that were missing. Right besides me it was a lady and she asked what happen and I asked her who she is lol she told me ( I'm the manager) she was about to leave but she said we'll make it fresh for you. The whole staff started complaining and talking over her unbelievable they reheated The guy who cooked the burgers was complaining until the point I requested my money back, the manager apologized and prepared my order. After I all the stress food was ready; I decided to check the bag and I opened all the sandwiches and one was missing the bacon, I went back to the cashier and the cooker said (Oh my God) I have no words to describe how disappointed I felt plus after we ate everybody start having stomachache!
NOTE the cashier blame the Doordasher because they let them know that one more item is missing and they leave, I was like why then you give them the bag if a items aren't ready. Overall incredible worse experience and waste...
Read moreI usually come to this Wendy’s and seldom have an issue. Every once in awhile I may get a cheeseburger when I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I’m always polite when ordering, ask how the person taking the order in the drive through is doing then placing my order. Today was the same. However, when I drove up to the window to pay, I was greeted by a rude young lady. I’ll have to update this review with the name on the receipt because I left it in my car. Maybe it was hot inside because it is around 90 degrees today, however I wasn’t rude and I didn’t have my AC on. Regardless, I wasn’t rude PERIOD. Because of my previous issues with getting the wrong item, I had my daughter check to make sure we had the correct sandwiches before driving off. I did hear the young lady suck her teeth but I ignored it. Once my daughter verified, she said Thank you to the lady and I turned and said thank you as well. She literally just gave us a nasty look and said nothing. Now, I do not tolerate disrespect from anyone, especially disrespect given to a child whose being respectful to you. However I couldn’t open my vehicle door to address her standing as she was standing as well and it made no sense to drive up and walk inside for a confrontation. No matter how upset I was, I had to keep it moving. This is say, we come across some nasty individuals on a daily basis, no one knows what either is going through in their personal lives, but there’s a time and place for everything and growth to be had on those that cannot control themselves. I wouldn’t want this young lady fired, I would like someone in this location to show her this review so she can be reminded of the nasty attitude she gave her customers today, reflect on it and change it, especially while at work.

Read morehad a horrible experience there was a lady at drive thru who was hard of hearing she put my order in wrong and I had to tell her it was number 4 not 1 which is fine but then I go to the window I gave her a 20 I noticed some change I have in the front of my car so I asked her how much was to change so I can give her the change so I don't get back change she didn't understand and she says to me I ordered two of them and rolls her eyes I think that she thought I asked for my change but I was just asking her how much so I can give her the exact change I then was told to drive up and wait for the food I received cold fries hard old the sandwich was chewy and the coffee was horrible I asked for light and sweet it had no sugar in it. When it comes to people messing with food I don't deal with so no I will never return to this place in the morning time possibly maybe never ever again I think it's really sad that people mess with food and I did nothing to the individual I am customer and I called to speak to the manager the manager of the store was nice said to come back and she will give me the same food again but once I notice a place of business doing things to food or bad customer service because they are hard of hearing i will not return .
