Wing Hing — Restaurant in New York

For one I ordered over the phone .i was told 10-15 mins for two fantail shrimp and order of wontons . I arrived to the store about 5 mins after . She immediately took out my fantail shrimp . Not smelling anything I still ain’t think nothing of it . I ate my wontons I saved the shrimp for later . I go to heat up the shrimp .the batter is hard and extra greasy. The food is not the best but I go from time to time because the food isn't salty or over greasy.
