Wing Luck — Restaurant in New York

I went into their restaurant on 7/18/16 to order food after a friend suggested that I try their wings. When I went to get the bag, there was a big cockroach on the napkins that were placed on top of the food containers. Although she quickly gave me my money back, she continued to question what I saw and even told me that I was looking at the soy sauce packet. I know what I saw, but the roach probably crawled away by the time she started taking the contents out of the bag. Sadly, the customers awaiting their food remained in the restaurant.

You can call and place an order and they will give you one price over the phone and when you go into the store they say a different price despite of the menus they have up clearly stating the prices they tell you by phone, however none of that matters.
