I came in there with my kids on week day 2hours before closing the man at the counter Ray was extremely nice and patient as I asked my kids what they wanted to eat being that it's our first time As we ordered the chef is cooking it you can actually see your food being cooked and prepared which I like. We took the food home and my kids are tough critics my 9 year old and 7 year old once my house was quiet and nobody talking and they actually sat at that kitchen table without beating each other up and yelling I knew right there they food was good. I had to ask just for added confirmation and they was stuffing their face so I got head nods yes and two thumbs up as for me I had a cheeseburger it was delicious I ordered extra onions he didn't give me no raw onions and slapped it on my burger no he made sure he grilled my onions melted the cheese so gd on my burger the condiments were even fresh like the lettuce had a crunch the pickles was amazing a juicy crunchy 😋 and the bread was nicely soft and toasted just enough to keep the burger together. We will be going back and telling our brooklyn friends and family about this spot. Oh the kids had they buffalo wings I just wish they put some more sauce tho other than that the wings are bomb and it don't takes like those wings with all that fat on it and no meat they wings have meat. Mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull which was what we was looking for they didn't taste like fake cheese in it fries was.good too. Great job!! Rockaway Bk...

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I felt compelled to warn others. From start to finish, everything about this place was a complete letdown.

To begin with, the food was absolutely awful. It was cold, poorly prepared, and lacked any real flavor. It honestly tasted like it was reheated leftovers. I could tell there was no care put into making the meal, and it completely ruined my appetite. I’ve had better meals from cheap takeout spots than what I got here.

But what made it worse was the incredibly long wait time. I waited way longer than any reasonable person should have to, especially when there was no crowd. There was no communication, no update, and no apology for the delay. It felt like they just didn’t care.

The staff made things even more disappointing. They were not only unhelpful but also quite rude. I asked a couple of simple questions, and they either ignored me or responded in a dismissive tone. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. There was zero courtesy or professionalism.

Honestly, I don’t know how this place is still operating with this level of quality and service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your time, money, and patience—go somewhere that actually values...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this place. First of all, the food quality was absolutely terrible. It tasted bland, was served cold, and looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There was no care or attention put into the preparation or presentation. For the price I paid, I expected something at least decent, but this was far below any acceptable standard.

To make matters worse, the wait time was ridiculous. I had to wait far longer than expected—well beyond what was initially communicated. And even after the long delay, the food was still not fresh. It felt like they had completely disregarded the importance of timely service.

On top of that, the staff was not helpful at all. I tried asking for assistance and clarification on the delay, but they were rude, inattentive, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by responding. There was no professionalism, no apology, and no effort to make things right.

Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Poor food, poor service, and poor attitude. I sincerely hope they improve their standards, but as it stands now, I will definitely not be...
