Came for their BOGO deal, ended up trapped in a disaster of a drive-thru for over an hour and a half because they couldnât manage traffic, only to be told at the window (8:02 PM, TWO minutes late due to their mess) that we couldnât get the deal anymore.
Donât advertise a promotion you canât handle. Donât waste peopleâs evenings and then refuse to honor your own deal because of your disorganization. This was an embarrassment to your brand.
Edit: Downloaded the Google Maps app just to update this review.
Above was written before I even received my order, because I had enough time to write it and wait another 40+ minutes after ordering before my drink finally came out. Not only did it arrive nearly an hour later (after already waiting an hour and a half just to order), it was half-melted and watery, looking like radioactive waste from a Gen Chem dump bucket.
We were trapped in the line, unable to leave, stuck in their flawed âzip and feedâ system while staff were outside goofing off with signs for a deal that was already over instead of helping move the line along. What makes it worse is that we actually arrived with plenty of time to qualify (at around 6:40 to their 7:00-8:00 promo), but your chaotic system made it impossible to reach the window before the cutoff. Instead of communicating clearly or taking accountability, we were left to waste our evening in a line we couldnât escape, only to be told âtoo badâ when we finally got there.
If I wanted to watch a bunch of teenagers dressed like the 4th of July run around aimlessly, I would have gone to the McDonaldâs PlayPlace next door. I guarantee the customer service would have been better.
As someone it takes a lot to get madâand as a previously loyal customerânot another cent will...
Read moreI was so excited to finally try this place after hearing from friends who have tried other locations and on social media, sadly it did not measure up. Driving up it's not very friendly to new customers, there is a QR code you can scan to see the menu but it's near the window where you pick up your drink, the person taking our order wasn't super helpful either, the most he explained was about their loyalty program. We were in the far right lane and I felt terrible but it was truly a comical experience watching her continuously go in and out of her little box and locking herself out multiple times. The far right lane takes NOTICABLY longer as this poor person has to continuously do this. When we finally got our drinks, a blue raspberry energy drink and the blonde coffee, they were very bland and watered down. May try again, buy likely will stay away from the far right lane...
Read moreFirst off the people that work at 7 brew have always been super nice they handle a lot but i think having to pay 5 minutes into a 40 minute wait is wrong we should be able to pay when you get your drink because some times it an hour wait for a little coffee there should be a way to order a item like any other drive threw instead of having to wait on someone to walk to you. One night it was empty then the one employe got told off by the boss to only take orders in one lane but both lanes were clearly open so she should of never had to get in trouble for that. There was no line i pulled up to the window and they got confused about what drink i had but no one had taken my order. So the biggest thing that needs changed is how the orders are taken and paid for. Rally's is not inside but there is not nearly as much confusion as 7 brew it can be fixed and will make it a...
