Working men in t-shirts come to this cantinho -- little place on the corner -- to watch soccer on tv, catch up with their neighbors, and enjoy inexpensive meals. Cash only. Steaks, chicken, sardines. Menu changes daily, written only in Portuguese on a chalkboard. 5 seats at the counter plus 15 seats at tables. Very European.
