Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

This place is steadily going downhill fast, used to be good but the quality of pizza varies wildly depending on whose cooking especially on the weekends. Was willing to cut these guys some slack but its now just common practice to get crappy pizza on Sundays for sure. Sloppy uncooked pizza cold to the touch, the place is literally five minutes from my house. Another big problem is not getting everything you ordered or not getting what you asked for. Missing items on uber eats is more common then not. When I called and asked where my Sicilian slice was he blamed the uber guy, really?? Ordered delivery to our hotel at 8:58 pm last night. Driver got lost and never made it to our hotel within the 40 minute delivery time frame Napoli's gave us. We gave Napoli's the address to the hotel. The Marriott at Newark Airport- not hard to find! We ended up ordering room service for our kids at 10:30 pm since we never got our food from Napoli's. Plus, who wants food that has been driving around in a delivery car for over an hour. Napoli's refuses to refund the charge to our credit card, Says he machine does not refund money- owner hung up on my wife. BEWARE - STAY AWAY- CROOKS and BAD BUSINESS.

After traveling all day to get to new York, it wass late night and my husband and I were thoroughly exhausted and hungry. We called up Napoli and ordered a pizza. We got the 14" special for $15.95. The guy who took my order was very friendly and helpful.

Pizza arrived fresh and quick. Very tasty with generous amounts of toppings and cheese. Was very happy with everything! It satisfied every pizza desire we had.
