The staff at this particular Chipotle location is racially discriminating. This is not my first not my second but third experience. Here's what actually happened... There were three people before me in the line. They also bought burrito bowl. the quantity in their bowls was above and beyond the brim of the bowl. It was even harder to close the lid. I was next in the line. When I asked for the same burrito bowl, mine was hardly filled to 3/4th of the bowl.
I agree with Gabriel's review. And the reason for that is purely discrimination. Read the rest of the bad reviews for this Chipotle restaurant. See what people have complained about the portion size and you would know whom they are discriminating against. And this time it happened to me in the broad daylight where there was an apples to apples comparison right there on the same table!
I never use this language but I am so freaking mad at this that if this happens to me for one more time, I am going to file a formal complaint.
I would like to ask Chipotle management if I paid any less for the same burrito bowl. If not, what made you fill my bowl less than some others?
And now after some time, I heard my wife calling me out asking me to smell the burrito bowl. It's stale. While I threw it into the garbage, she said, "Somehow we always have a bad experience at this particular location Their service is slow, and I do not remember a single occasion when I got satisfied after eating this chipotle versus some other locations we've been to"
Amazing! I applaud the standard you guys are maintaining. I am not...
Read moreIt seems as though recipes are not followed when spicing the food not only at this location, but also at other locations . It appears to be up to the cook on how much seasoning is used. I ordered chicken one time and it was too spicy and the next time it is just right. I have also noticed that the portion size is not standard. Today, the person who made my burrito was stingy on the chicken. I wish that a scale was used so you get the same amount each time. I wasn't about to ask for more as this clerk was in a foul mood, plus the customer shouldn't need to ask for more. It needs to be standardized.
The woman who helped me was not happy today and I felt like she didn't want to be working. When ringing my order up, I tried my debit card two times which did not work and then used a Visa card and the machine said it was accepted and the clerk told me it wasn't. To avoid paying for this 4 or 5 times, I finally just used cash and I got grunted at by the clerk when I said thank you.
It seems to me that life is too short and if you aren't happy with your job, please find a different one especially if you are interacting...
Read moreI usually come here 2-3 times a week for the quality of food and affordable prices. I always ordered the bowls. This day I had the worst customer service experience.
I wanted to try the salad, so I asked what difference it is with the bowl. Low and behold, the staff, a young black woman, dismissively said "I don't know" and looked at me expecting me to move on. With no choice, I decided to just go with the bowls. I ordered 3 bowls. Her colleague offered to help with the meat while she scooped the rice. She scoffed at him, prompting him to back off defensively. I was appalled by her attitude but said nothing. Then she completely forgot to ask me about my meat choice and handed 3 empty bowls to the next section. The other staff had to backtrack to ask me what meat I wanted for my bowls.
I understand we all have bad days. But you are working. You are representing this company. I am already an easy going person. But this is just too much. Not one slip up, but three. We are paying customers, we are not being paid to be here to take...
