One of the WORST I have ordered ice cream on 3 different occasions and every time my ingredients are never complete I even called to speak to a manager as soon as I put the order in and have been told there’s no manager which I find to be absurd usually every store has a manager to manage the employees I have had to ask for a refund 3 times from Uber eats I have been more than patient with the employees here even calling to ensure my order and they still get it wrong to be honest I feel like they messing up my order on purpose because I am asking if they can make sure to add all my ingredients. I will never order from HERE again the employees unprofessional and the idea of no manager unprofessional the only way to get your order accurate you have to be standing in front of them then maybe they will get it...

I was traveling from Virginia and made a quick pit stop in Delaware while visiting family—and I’m so glad I did! This Cold Stone is easily one of the best I’ve been to. The store was clean, well-maintained, and had a surprisingly spacious seating area, which made it perfect for a quick break with the family.

The team working there was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a few wild flavor requests, and they handled them like pros—no eye rolls, just smiles and great service! I even got to sample their mango milkshake, and it was so good I ended up buying a large just for myself.

The portion sizes were generous, and the overall vibe of the store made it feel like more than just a quick stop. This is definitely our go-to hangout spot whenever we visit Delaware....

It’s great that they have the store and all but when I go to Starbucks to sit down to do work, there’s a bunch of ice cream people sitting there and they leave a mess and their trash is overflowing with ice cream. And the picture is at 8am on a regular business morning. When that should be cleaned the night before. If you’re going to own a business you should know to properly take care of this. Normally cold stone has tables outside by the windows, like the people’s plaza location to avoid this from happening.
