I had just bought a 2019 Mustang GT with a 4" factory stereo. I hated it. I called Audio Works and spoke with Darren. He was extremely helpful. He told me to come on down and look at my options.

From the beginning he was upfront and honest. Never tried to up sell me or talk me into something I didn't need. I found a Kenwood at a fantastic price. Set up an appointment and left my car there. Unfortunately the harness for the 2019 Mustangs had a manufacture defect. So they got me a new one within 2 business days. After a second attempt, it was validated by the maker of the harness that they have technical issues with 2019's and it just won't work with my vehicle.

Darren called and apologized and gave me a couple of alternate options. The fellas really came through and I got my radio upgraded to an 8" factory unit with all the bells and whistles.

Now here is the best part. I asked if they did digital dash installs for the Mustang. He said they have never done one before. So Darren pulls up google and the next thing I know he's on the phone seeing if he can get me one.

Not only did he get me one, but Audio works was the first of its kind in Delaware to do a dashboard swap on a 2019 Mustang. I was told it could take up to 2 days to install because it has never been done before and they would need technical support. Well, it was completely done in 4 hours.

I am absolutely THRILLED with the outcome. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Audio Works. This is now my ONLY stop for my electronic needs.

I waited two and one half hours for a remote starter that was supposed to take one hour fifteen minutes to two hours maximum to install. I was assured beforehand by Darren that this particular unit was developed in cooperation with VW engineers to be a plug-and-play, no cut wires, no sacrificed key system. What I left with was NOTHING. The technician was unable to make the system work at all, so it was removed from the vehicle. The removal took about twenty minutes, so why did the unsuccessful install take two and one half hours? I was not updated on any progress or lack thereof during my wait. To add to the insult, I drove 45 minutes one way to be there. Obviously, I will not return. I only hope that everything was returned to original factory condition after their unproductive and time wasting effort. UPDATED INFORMATION ON THIS REVIEW: Darren from Audio Works contacted me by phone on Monday, 11/27/2017. He offered to pay for the "sacrifice" ignition key that he says is necessary to complete the installation of the remote starter unit. He told me that I could go to the VW dealer of my choice to have the key made and he would reimburse me and do the install for the original quoted price. He also emphasized that he wants all customers to be satisfied, and apologized for not keeping me updated during the original install procedure. The customer service and quality of service here in unmatched. I originally came in with a radio that I had purchased from another store to be installed by Audio Works. The techs did an awesome job with the installation, but unfortunately I had purchased a defective radio from the third-party seller. Darrin and his team were extremely accommodating and understanding when I explained the situation, and they offered to install the second radio that I purchased (from them this time) free of charge since I had already paid for one install. Their inventory is diverse and reasonably priced, and they really have something for whatever your needs/ wants are. It is rare to find a business that values their customers more than turning a profit, and Audio Works is one of them.

The price of installation was more than fair, and the techs did a very professional, aesthetically pleasing job installing the new radio. Installation was timely, and the staff were very transparent and upfront about any extra materials/ costs that would be incurred. The price I was quoted before the installation was the exact price I paid at the end which was reassuring.
