Janet and Ashley were AMAZING!!! I think it was Ashley that really worked with me to come up with the perfect smoothie and I believe Janet made it! I don’t like added sugars or milk/frozen yogurt or anything like that in my smoothies but I don’t like it when they aren’t thick and are just a watery/icy mess, and man did Ashley come up with the absolute perfect solution/combination! No attitude or irritation, just pure willingness to help and they did not disappoint. The smoothie that basically only consisted of strawberries and bananas and either a small scoop of Greek or frozen yogurt (I can’t remember) and ice was so fresh and thick and creamy and oh so delicious! I've visited the Newark Smoothie King 3 times in the past week and each time I've been greeted with a smile from the friendly staff, along with some of the delicious treats they offer 😁 I've encountered the manager each time, who is extremely pleasant and welcoming. My first visit I walked in while he was training a new member of his team. He was so kind and helpful to her, explaining everything perfectly. It's so refreshing to see good management. (Maybe I should consider a career change 😂) My orders always look exactly like the pictures on the website or better.
