Cousin's Burger — Restaurant in Newark

Had a chance to go visit their location on Saturday and it was too crowded, music was extremely loud. It took them 39 minutes From the time I ordered my food and the time received it. Few things I would like to suggest the owners. 1. When you expecting a big crowd then you must have enough people on makeline which was clearly not. 2. Person taking order must know what customer ordered and making sure order is complete before handing it to the customer. 3. If the there are lot of orders and customers are waiting for their food then every employee must be trained enough to get the rush handled. 4. There must be a timer for every order to ensure the quality service. As a business owner there is a lot need to be worked on. And about food, it’s okay. I requested Nashville Chicken sandwich but it was not even close. Ordered Loaded chicken fries but so so. Ordered wings and it was dried. Also ordered cheesesteak, which was nicely done,...

The flavor was really good, we came for the grand opening and they had a dj which was cool for the atmosphere. The service was a little slow for how many people were in the kitchen but it was there grand opening and they were busy.
