This place is incredible. I mean I can definitely agree that the food is good . But I can’t agree with this business charging Customer the tip without tell customers We could not be charge a tip like this . It’s against the law. If 2 people seat down to drink a cup of coffee. They ready add 18% If u get something to take out. They charge u a tip Imagine if Dunkin’ Donuts, wawa. Quick check. Panera bread. Starbucks and much more start to do this. This people come from another country , and they think they can start change things around here. Like the way they want, This people take advantage of they own people. Probably most of them don’t know about this . I hope that they find the right person with time and will to take a legal action against them . This place is a Total disaster. We stopped by for coffee after deceived by the cute and cozy appearance of the establishment. We only had a coffee and a mousse and were charged $15!!!! They must be kidding. The receipt didn’t even state items we ordered. They have NO menu so we never know what you are being charged for. What’s more upsetting is that the server girl was standing RIGHT NEXT to us staring and listening to our conversation which was super awkward and unprofessional. And they had Nerve to charge TIP?? The place is such a tiny little place we don’t need a service and we didn’t receive no service she just stood there being awkward. Even an upscale cafe wouldn’t do that. I ordered a cup of coffee and one tiny chocolate nut desert. And I was asked to pay $9. When I checked the receipt, it said a totally different thing and a different total amount. When I went back the girls tried to explain to me how my dessert costed as much as ‘bom bom morango’. However, why would you decide how much tip to charge me and on top of that charge me $9, when with all the add ons the receipt say $8.54. As much as I don’t care about how much I had to pay (which I still think is a little too much for what I got), the whole situation seems like a pretty bad business to me.
