This is going to be a bad review. Ready for this?? So my flight landed at about 1:35 PM on Tuesday, January 14. I was in town to visit my sister and me and my mom decided to go get coffee as we waited for her to pick us up. So I stayed in line to get coffee as I was in line. There was an African-American girl very heavy set making conversation with the coworkers that worked at Dunkin' Donuts. The African-American girl was standing right in front of me very rude and made a comment. I don't care if these people have to wait. I'm not ready to order yet. The girl seemed to work for the airport because she seemed to know the coworkers that work at Dunkin' Donuts. I said to myself, I'm not gonna say anything let me just get my order and be gone. The situation got very interesting, when I ordered my food to go and I noticed that my total was $13.78. I proceeded to put my credit card in to pay. I also noticed the African-American girl who was friends with the coworkers was right beside me, at this moment, at this monument,I was thinking to myself she was waiting for her order, but she already received-her order. Then I notice the African-American girl put her phone up in the air and proceeded to scan her Dunkin app. Then the cashier told me you, can insert your card in now. It took me a second to realize that she let the girl scan her Dunkin app on my purchase. So when I step away to check my receipt, I realize that the African-American girl standing there so she could scan her app for my points. I couldn't believe that happened so I went to the cashier approach her about it and the cashier was like well. This happens all the time and nobody says anything about it to the African-American girl. And I was like that's stealing money and someone else's points. You can't just allow a customer to scan their phone for someone else's points . So when I asked to speak to the manager, I told him I want him to refund my order and charge me again so I could use my app to get my own points. Then the manager tells me well did you ask the cashier that you wanted to use your points? Did you tell her? I said no matter if I told her I wanted to use my point or not the moral of the story is that you shouldn't allowed other customers to scan their points or their app onto someone else's order. The manager was very rude. He shouldn't be a manager so I went ahead and called Dunkin' Donuts corporations and I will be following up on my complaint. They were very nice to me. They understood where I was coming from. They also was able to find my order where my points was scanned onto someone else else's app. They canceled those points and they end up giving me 1000 points for the inconvenience. Just be careful at this place. They're very rude disrespectful and very judgmental. I would not even get a cup of coffee from here even if I was hurting for one. Read more1 is a compliment. Do not stop here. As I approached, 1 worker is sitting on the ground amongst a pile of kids and cups all over the floor. They must have fallen, she was collecting the off the disgusting g loor and reshelving them. I wanted to buy a soda, donut and a gift card and put $5 on it. The 2 employees did not speak or understand English. She tried 3 times to use the gift card for me to pay. I told her 3 times I wanted to buy it and put money on it.
The 2 spoke to each other in their language. I was told to go to the other register. I was charged 5 for the gift card but hadn't paid for my drink and donut. They charged the gift card! All at 11 pm at night after I got off a flight.

I asked for discount and I got 20% discount then I go to Dunkin and I ordered a wrap and I showed him my ID and he goes. Oh this is United terminal and only United employees get discounted and I’m like I have never heard this at any other airport.
