Eggy Weggy — Restaurant in Newark

They gave me bacon instead of the chicken sausage I ordered. When I went back to have them correct the order, I saw how unsanitary the workers are. I stood there and watched one of the employees wear gloves that she touched everything in the restaurant with, then turned around with those same gloves and picked the potatoes up out of the cooker and placed them into another bowl. She then placed on plates to be served. She also picked my chicken sausage up off the grill with those nasty gloves. On top of that, the customer service was Horrible!!!! This same lady assisting the cook, placing the orders in the pickup area was very rude with a nonchalant attitude. I just told her I didn’t want the chicken sausage anymore, after she touched them with those nasty gloves. I just threw the whole plate away. SMH. Whoever the restaurant owner is really needs to check on their establishment and get some...

A lot of people waiting... the two spots (Eggy Weggy and the Burger place next door) were combining to make the breakfast items. The serving size was good, albeit mildly more expensive as per the airport pricing.

However, service was very slow - the name they called out was often unclear and they didn't even know why my order didn't show up or was removed... or something. Ended up waiting 20min on a side of bacon and potatoes (both of which were ready in the back). And they only noticed only after I stepped up to ask them about it... no sense of looking up and wondering, I guess.

Size of the order good - bowl of potatoes were dry and no hot sauce in the vicinity, ketchup didn't do it. The bowl of bacon wasn't crisp, just a lumpy soggy mass... sadly just dumped them both as it was hard to eat....

I just purchased a breakfast sandwich and could not believe the rudeness !!!! It was disgusting the way they treated me . The girl cooking ignored me . Never called my order number . I asked the other girl that was standing there why my order was taking so long and she said the cook is making all the sandwiches in order. Then I asked why are people who have ordered after me getting their food and not me . Then the cook looks at might ticket and laughs and says it was there the whole time . And she laughs while I’m waiting for my food and my plane is boarding ???? That’s funny??? To never call my number and let my food sit there and get cold ??? Horrible !!! Honesty I’m in customer service and would never in my life treat someone like that. Attitude left and right in...
