Horrible service and customer service. I ordered the snackin’ bacon and when I looked at it, it was a burnt ball of bacon. I asked the lady at the window politely if they could redo the order and she told me that the bacon was always like that, I knew from experience that it wasn’t being that I’ve come to this location on numerous occasions. After telling her this she said that they couldn’t redo the order and the best they could do was to refund me. Thinking that perhaps she misunderstood what I had asked, I asked again and then she turned her back to me and started addressing other customers. I tried to get her attention again but she kept ignoring me. The manager walked by the window as I asked for the manager and she started doing something rather than addressing me and what was happening. Astounded I then addressed her directly and asked if she had seen what was going on and she responded saying she had and heard everything and told me that they had cooked the bacon prior and then microwaved it . She then dismissively mentioned the orders being timed. Understanding this I asked if I could go back around and get another order of bacon, she then responded saying that they would give me the same order of burnt bacon that had caused the whole situation in the first place. Read moreI have been using this DD as my place for coffee since the past year that I have been living in Irvington. The morning staff have become very familiar with me and my family. Tonight I visited and their was A Shawn and someone who appeared to to be training. He was a little bit rude during my order but I didn’t really pay in any attention to it. But I got my items and I wanted a Diet Coke so I said “ Excuse Me, so he looked at me with a look and told the other guy to ignore me pay attention to him. That was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. I said something to him and he told me I’m training so your training and you have trained him to attend a customer to pass them an item and wait for you to check me out. For an establishment that I frequent once or twice per week I was shocked at how I got treated thmorning 11/2/21. Dunkin owes it's customers a big apology. My card had a swipe error, I asked that they try again. The worker got sooo mad.
I offered to use my apple and she cursed me so bad I did not even understand what she was saying. I offered to park and enter the store - she just kept saying "don't come here if your card is broken". I was shocked I asked her not to speak to me in that manner since am a customer and she see's me every week and knows my card works.
This elderly lady just continued her rant - the staff in the store looked at her confused, then the other employee took my card and swiped and it worked.
