Went there for breakfast and accidentally drove past the order screen right up to the window. There was literally no one in front of or behind me. Woman at the window yells at me that I can't order a sandwich and I "always forget" to stop at the window. This was literally my third time driving through there, ever. She gave me attitude all through the process of placing my order, which was just a black coffee (omg so difficult), and then scowled as she handed me back my card. I pointed out I may not be who she was thinking of so she scowled more and tried to keep arguing with me, again with literally still no one else in line behind me. I told her that I would not be returning and she waved me off saying "fine," so yeah I do not recommend. Read moreCustomer service was horrible. I will never come here again. The manager was very rude and nasty towards me. He closed the drive thru window on me after telling me that I got my order wrong. Told me to call the customer service phone number and to ask them to apply my rewards because he “can’t help me.” Again, it’s my fault, not his. He literally proceeded to close the window on me.
