Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

Went there for breakfast and accidentally drove past the order screen right up to the window. There was literally no one in front of or behind me. Woman at the window yells at me that I can't order a sandwich and I "always forget" to stop at the window. This was literally my third time driving through there, ever. She gave me attitude all through the process of placing my order, which was just a black coffee (omg so difficult), and then scowled as she handed me back my card. I pointed out I may not be who she was thinking of so she scowled more and tried to keep arguing with me, again with literally still no one else in line behind me. I told her that I would not be returning and she waved me off saying "fine," so yeah I do not recommend. Morning drive thru window attendant is grumpy and argumentative over minor things and does not care about the impact her attitude...

I’m in the line writing this review to show you how long they took!!! First when I drove up to order nobody was taking my order I hear the guy talking on over the speaker saying “he had a crazy night out and got home late! “ then I’m like hello and he took my order twice and still didn’t hear me I repeated myself again! Now I’m sitting here waiting for 10 mins now 😫 for a ice latte! Why they don’t have no stars rating lol okay I’m just paying for my food now! Customer service was horrible. I will never come here again. The manager was very rude and nasty towards me. He closed the drive thru window on me after telling me that I got my order wrong. Told me to call the customer service phone number and to ask them to apply my rewards because he “can’t help me.” Again, it’s my fault, not his. He literally proceeded to close the window on me. So rude. Out of all the years I’ve been going to Dunkin, to see a manager treat a customer like this is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate, because this should not happen to...
