Very dissapointed with the customer service. I hv been going to honey grow in philadelphia and new jersey, they are awesome! I always order to go or eat in. Tonight, i tried their online order app. This is my first time ordering online. I ordered at 7.23 pm. My order supposed to finished at 7.38pm. I went in at 7.34pm. They were about to close but have some customers eating in and ordering on the screen. The kitchen seems busy with 3 employees cooking the food. 1 employee was cleaning the wall (im not sure why, but she was wiping the wall when i came in). I was standing in front of the register for quiet awhile. another person was waiting behind me as well (none of the employee greet us since we came in). Okay, so I thought my food was not ready yet and i was sure someone will greet me as soon as they have a second. Each of the employees looked at us once in a while, but never say anything. The person behind me finally talked to the employee who were wiping the wall. He asked for a change to put in the meter. She went in and opened the register. Now, someone is at the register (YaaaY). She gave the change to him then RAN out again without even say anything to me. (Hm....Am i invisible? I am sure that i turned off my invisible power before i went in to the store). So, i stoped her before she went too far and said " excuse me.. hi, i ordered online..." before i finished my sentence, she point to the corner and said "you can find your name there". Woow woow woow... So, i was not invisible, but why none of the employee care to help the customer. I saw them busy, i tried to wait patiently. Anyway, I looked for my name and grabbed my food. when i was about to leave, she finally give me a little bit of customer service here. She said "have a great night". I was surprised and responded "you too". I give 2 stars on the review. For the "have a good night" and the good food for dinner. I understand they may have a system and used to it. However, when a customer is standing in front of the register for a good amount of time; it is part of everyone's job to greet, ask if he or she needs help, and be nice to the customers. Maybe they try to be like panera bread pick up system. But Hey, panera bread employees will greet, smile and ask if you need help as soon as someone see you standing in front of the register. Hopefully, the manager or someone in charge will train the employees at this location.
Pros: Good food like always Good location
Con: No customer...

I embarked on this gastronomic journey with their signature stir-fry, a dish that can only be described as ambrosial. The noodles, cooked to al dente perfection, intertwined with a medley of vegetables and protein, are a harmonious symphony of taste. The sauce, a velvety elixir, envelops each bite in a crescendo of flavor that leaves one yearning for an encore.

Read moreFirst I would like say that I visit this locating very frequently and each time I have visited there has been a problem every single time! When ordering on the kiosk it seems as though the kitchen may or may not be thoroughly reading the orders because I have had items missing in my bowl but still charged for it as if it was added in. I had went to complain to the manager on duty and she was very dismissive of the issue, extremely nonchalant to the fact there was a huge mess up on their behalf. Anyone who eats at honey grow can vouch that they are not the cheapest!! So receiving that kind of attitude and service from the MANAGEMENT is beyond awful. During my recent encounter, yesterday, the food was the worst it had ever been. There was hardly any chicken in my bowl. I could count at least 5 pieces of chicken overall in my bowl the rest was DRY noodles. Not to mention the wait was over 25 minutes for just two stir-Fry’s. I wish I could use the excuse that they had little help in the kitchen but that was NOT the case. There were at least 5 cooks back there. So I’m not sure what the problem was. In addition, even to get a simple drink from the fountain machine, the ice machine was broken. There’s always something going wrong at this location, whether it’s with their equipment or them messing up people orders. This location definitely needs not some, but a LOT of improvements! First they should start with the order accuracy. Not to mention these were all dine in experiences which makes it even more unacceptable. I Will not be patronizing...
