One of the rudest experiences: I won two gift certificate at a charity raffle a few years back. One of them I used pretty quickly and the other one I tried to use just the other week. I called on a Sunday evening to find out if they accept gift certificates for deliveries and was shocked at how complex that question was and how I was treated. The person I spoke to advised me he'd have to ask his manager and then they proceeded to ask me if I had a paper gift card or one of the new electronic ones. Once I confirmed I had a paper certificate they advised me that they had switched over to the electronic ones and only accept that now. Once I let them know that the gift certificate actually says "Never Expires!" they had to call the next level up. Once they got her on the phone they proceeded to ask me if I had brown hair (which I do) and when I confirmed they said "my manager sais she remembers you and she advised me last time I was there that they wouldn't accept any more gift certificates after that time". I was stunned. I hadn't been there in over 2 years and never had such a conversation with anyone there (this was pre the electronic cards). For them to assume it was me because I have brown hair (I would assume half the population does) was outrageous and completely unprofessional. I couldn't believe they were acting like I was 'trying to get one up on them' on using a free pizza coupon from a Cystic Fibrosis charity event!?!?!?! At that point I told them how ridiculous and unprofessional this conversation was and that I was hanging up and never eating there again (which my husband won't mind since he never liked it to begin with). I went to UD and even had a friend that worked there in college, I can't believe that a long established business would treat customers like that....over...

*I have come here a few times since this original review and in fairness am revising from 2 to 3 stars, (4.5 stars for service/other, 3 for food) . Although the Gluten free pizza crust is not nearly as good as it used to be(and I don’t actual know about the regular crust because I can’t eat it), the toppings are pretty good and overall gf pizza is better than many others around this area. Also, although I had one negative interaction with one employee, once, a while ago, every other time has been great. The people working here are always friendly and seem to care which I appreciate. Also, they always ask about allergy and change gloves and prepare properly which is very very important. So as long as they keep doing these things I will continue to happily visit. *

This place Used to be the best place in northern DE for Gluten Free pizza (after MOD left). But for some reason they just got rid of the GF crust and got a new one and it’s not good at all. It’s the same as every other pizza place now. Not only is it not good but it’s smaller too, don’t worry they charge you the same amount though (and if you question it you might get some snide remarks). So disappointed. I went here minimum 3 times a month, often more, but looks like I have no reason to come...

My girlfriend introduced me to this place and it is wonderful. They have plenty of pre made recipes for you to choose from, or you can create your own concoction from the various toppings they have to choose from. Snap reminds me of Chipotle, but for pizza. You simply tell them what you want on your pie, and they send it through the oven and it's ready to go in less than five minutes. The employees are always extremely bubbly and great to talk to. We go here on an almost weekly basis, that's how much we love it. The pizzas are eleven inches, I believe, and are the perfect size for a personal to eat yourself, or to split with a friend if you're not feeling too hungry. I know they also have salads as well, but I typically go there for the pizza so I can't speak from experience on that part of their business. There are cookies and rolls and all kinds of other snacks available as well, and they even offer New Hope fountain drinks (my favorite). I highly recommend the hot little honey pizza if you go and feel overwhelmed by the many options they offer. Anyway, I guess this concludes my praise-rant about snap. Just go, you won't be disappointed as long as you're a fan of great pizza at an...

The best word to describe my experience is “snap” because eating this delicious pizza was gone in a snap! Every bite you can taste the freshness with every personal handcrafted choices you make. The cauliflower crust was crisp and it had a snap! The sauce had a snap! And what is amazing about my experience I am new to the vegan lifestyle so to see that they offer vegan cheese with all of the healthy options! I am really fulfilled with flavors still overpowering my taste buds. While on the other hand when I say “snap” the pizza only lasted for a snap lol! My children had the pepperoni and sausage pizza and well they were still hungry. So my only critique is make the pizzas bigger or have different sizes. I ate my entire pizza to myself. In conclusion, the food speaks for itself and I give it a 5 star rating! This would be a great brunch spot especially if you wanna eat fresh and feel sluggish after eating. And try to slow down because the food will be gone in a snap!

Really enjoyed Snap the first time I went. The Mexique pizza hit the spot and was very tasty (see my grainy photo below). Snap doesn’t kid around about snap, either...I hardly had time to grab a seat before my pizza was out of the oven (or whatever one calls their monster of a pizza toaster). The pizza’s price was reasonable given how delicious it was. A week after I first ate at Snap, I went again (with high hopes). I figured all of their pizzas were good, so I ordered the Farmer’s Market. I found it kind of bland. My mom also regretted her order: a really salty salad. Overall, a tasty, friendly place. As with all restaurants, the menu has its highs and lows (mostly highs), but I do recommend it nonetheless.

I’ve never been inside this location, but somebody used to bring me pizzas from this Snap every now and then while I was working my job across the street 🍕👨🏽‍💻 The pizza was quite decent, but it was that person bringing me some of her food to share with me during my shift that will make me remember Snap Pizza forever 👩‍❤️‍👨 Sometimes businesses like this intertwine with your life deeper than you’d initially think, and I didn’t even step inside this business’ building 🏬 Decent pizza, very personal-sized, makes a great lunch :)
