Avoid this place if you can. So called manager (owner if you are reading this, it better if you change your staff work there on Monday night June 2nd) asked us to order only 4 ice creams (we were party of 7) because we reached there at 9:35pm ( closing time is 10:00pm). We didn’t say anything as we had guests visiting from abroad. We just apologized tin our guests saying we didn’t know this otherwise we would have taken you to cold stone or different ice cream place. Anyways, ice was okay ( in the past Nutella ice was tasting more like Nutella and not just banana) we ignored thinking it’s late there must be tired so quality is not that great. Around 10:09pm one of the staff told us to leave ( understandable as they close at 10:00pm) funny thing is he asked to put chairs where they belong . We found it little odd but we did that without saying anything. Then manager came out ( this young lady- Owner if you are reading this trust me sooner or later you are losing some business here if her hospitality stay this way)and asked our guests to put chairs on the table they way it was arranged as we took it to seat ( she had so much of an attitude and she wasn’t polite at all). I’m serious, if she would have asked nicely and treated us respectful when we entered, I would have even clean the table for her.
At that point we lost it. We told her that her attitude is not helping business. It is rude to ask your customer to arrange chairs. If you are take lazy the might as well don’t keep any chairs and tables form people to use it. Nutshell- avoid this place if you can. Spend your money where you get better...
Read moreQuite disappointed with their service tonight. It was my first time there but I don’t think I would ever go there again. They were busy when I got there around 9:20pm. There were several orders ahead of us so I patiently waited. I had ordered two items. The order before us got some of their items and then they skipped to many others after me. Then went back some previous orders. There wasn’t any rhyme or reason how they were making each order. Seeing they were skipping around I waited little longer before inquiring about rest of my order and learned they had no plans to make my second order. The girl working there went around to each employee asking if they had made my order and all said no. It wasn’t even in the queue. I requested to have a refund which they did so by cash. I would have preferred refund on card but the girl didn’t know how to even refund so called her manager before handing me cash. Shortly after I requested a spoon and the girl acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. I asked another person working there and same, didn’t hear me. So I had to shout to get a spoon! My time was wasted and teenagers working there quite honestly don’t care of providing good service. They didn’t care if orders got screwed up or missed. Overall I spent about 45-50 min at this...
Read moreHope this msg gets through to the owners of this icicles. I live in the neighborhood and come here a lot to get ice cream with my husband. I always get the vanilla x matcha flavors. This time I got SIGNIFICANTLY less ice cream, with toppings the cup is still half empty. I told the girl that made it that it seems less than usual, she plainly said that “that is the right portion”. Excuse me for the last 10 ice creams we purchased from here it was full with toppings. I continue to say I always get more before and she continues to deny me instead of asking per peers whether her work meets the standard. If $12 ice cream is half full of a cup, that’s extremely overpriced. When she took out the condensed milk, it was like 20% full for each of the two flavors, significantly less than usual. Hope the managers can put a mark on their milk cups so the the employees know to fill up enough milk for the ice cream. Not “up to the employee” how much milk she feels like putting. Also they should train their employees to not deny customer complaints like that and be more polite. Especially if you charge the most $ for ice...
