I was placed at the hotel by the training school that I was attending for a certification course. For an extended stay the location is great since you have many choices for eating out within walking distance. However the hotel has much to be desired. The rooms are outdated, the carpets are dirty and worn out. The internet is almost unusable. And the breakfast is very blend but that can be avoided since you have a kitchen in your suite. But the biggest problems with the hotel are related to its sanitary conditions. Another reviewer reported that he ended up with foot fungus after staying in the hotel. Thankfully I didn't get that but during my stay i discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs. Once I figured this out, I went to the front desk and requested a new room. To my disbelieve they told me that I needed to stay in that room another night because all the rooms were occupied. I couldn't believe it and I considered calling the health department. But finally I decided to sleep on the couch that night because I needed to study for my test the following morning instead of fighting with the hotel. The next day they did move me to another room and I had them clean all my cloths. The upkeep and maintenance of the suites is extremely poor. I even had a ripped towel placed in my room. It’s a small annoyance but it shows what level they operate at. If they can't prevent ripped towels from being placed in the rooms, how will they prevent other things like bed bugs or foot fungus? I will not stay at this hotel again if I choose to return to the same school for more training. But I do have to say that most of the staff at the hotel is pleasant...

Please do not stay here. The doors do not close properly. Someone got into our room on September 15th when we were away and stole my daughter's Macbook, Ipad and one carry on with shoes and clothes. When we filed a grievance with the reception they said the manager will get back to us with CC TC footage. There is no call or email from manager. I am filing police complaint tomorrow. This place is very shady. Please make sure all doors are properly locked. Our front door was not closing properly and my wife found the door of another bedroom was open. Housekeeping staff came twice once to deliver towels and once to take the trash. We lost close to $6000 $. Thank God we are safe. I made a mistake staying at this hotel. Please, Please do not stay here. I am.adding this after seeing reply from.the business. When key card was lost it was immediately reported and new keys were given within 5 minutes. It is wrong to tell that we did not report. Manager said old keys are not automatically deactivated when nee key card is issued. One has to touch the door lock with new key. This information not given to us by the office front desk. We never said the door was kept open. The door was open when we came back at night after shopping. We reported the theft immediately to the front desk on Monday night itself. There was no delay in our part. The lady at front desk noted the complaint immediately and said Manager will get back.to.is in morning. Theft has happened and police complaint...

Phenomenal room! Just like a really nice condo! Separate huge bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer microwave, glass top stove, dishwasher, toaster, as well as plates, silverware and utensils for just about everything from knives to bottle opener/wine opener. All of which were very neatly organized in a fashion where everything was intuitively placed.

I left a review on the WiFi connection and within minutes they called the room and said they were sending maintenance to replace the toilet seat! I have never in any of the hotels I have stayed at seen that kind of response time. Incredible! All that was really wrong with the seat was the outer coating of the seat was a little worn, but didn't have any cracks or splits in the seat itself.

To top it off my day of check out I locked my keys in my company van and the lady at the front desk offered to let me back into the room to wait for roadside assistance even though I already checked out. Was by no means their fault but very appreciated that she offered.

Overall I'm very happy with my stay and hope when I'm back in the bay area in a couple weeks that my company books the same hotel.

Also looking at the receipt it was very reasonable per night for the incredible accommodations where just about anywhere else would be four or five times as for a room this size. Might get a room here on my own dime after I acrue some vacation time. Great location within walking...
