E-Z 8 Motel Newark/Fremont — Hotel in Newark

First to say the staff very attentive everything and anything that can do look great this place keep it clean the pleasant people very helpful as a matter fact I would have to say they will go out of their way to help never spoken to the manager of the place but seen him on grounds giving directions in order to a staff on the most urgent things in most important at the moment to do I always say management it's always key to how a place a business stay number one in all. Spoke to some people on that one day I was staying there that was also on vacation being there for the past 3 days at the time commented to me that the manager seems to be responsible for the place being the number one in their book to a place to come and stay if you ever happen to me in Newark on your Vacations or business EZ 8 Motel it's one you may want to put first on your list if you happen to be up Newark for whatever reason now I will have to say I stayed in that Motel three days and I can say today if I ever find myself in you work again won't hesitate to think and where I will be staying easy a is accountable blessing Sakura place stay in for any occasion however wanted to leave this part to the end three mornings I came down to the office to get my free coffee it is needless to say very good coffee made by the assistant manager which I believe when by the name of Josh. Now this is one guy you have to come visit in your mornings if you want to have a great day wherever it is that you're heading this is one guy you must see before you leave the motel in the mornings or whichever time it is a blessing individual that will make your day no matter what you're going through this is one guy you want to see and your mornings guarantee that he will put the grace of God into your soul I remember that I didn't even want to leave the office when I was talking to him but the most beautiful part about the guy Plus he wasn't natural I mean you can actually feel his words when he spoke to you he was real every word that he spoke no matter what mood your in you can take it to the bank living through that door it was a whole different day one that we all wish for in every day of Our Lives is happiness and a clean mind soul start the day with I always look forward to see that guy in the morning it was always the same. If you happen to be a don't feel to visit Josh assistant manager in the mornings before you're on your way this guy will put the grace of God into your soul always thought about going to Newark and we are taking a vacation heading up that way. I know that that day will be a glorious day for me arriving in Newark on EC 8 Motel will be making my vacations as I go along the way. I want to take all management and stop off easy 8 in Newark for the services and prompt attention to all of us Connors family...

The mexican women at the front desk should not be dealing with people. They have their attitudes backwards with people. They try to make things for the guests MORE difficult, not less so. They are lazy and evil pathological liars. Even when you ask explicity to get on the same page as each other, they grin and lie even more. The Negroid male manager openly defends them before even hearing your complaint first. He even acted angry with me when I reported the front desk employees' lies to him. They all act completely unprofessional and like rude 15 year olds with you. The mexican women at the front desk talk ghetto- black with the manager, and talk normal moments later when a guest speaks with them. They often chit- chat with thuggish groups of men in the office for extended amounts of time. The housekeepers and maintenance person are NOT multilingual, as the motel’s web site states that their staff is. They speak only Spanish. Mostly ghetto garbage guests, who hang out too much in the walkways with their doors left wide open, stays here. * Update: NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, STAY AT THIS MOTEL. The mexican front desk woman quoted me at a monthly rate when I checked in. But she said today that it was only for 3 weeks. I had never looked at the receipt because I had never had a reason to not trust motel front desk employees about guests’ check- out date. I had been so nice to the staff there. I had planned on being there for a long time, so I had no interest in having problems with them. But they apparently want only guests who they can party with or who they can take advantage of. I can not be either, so the manager said that I could not come back. He told me to my face that it was because I had given a written complaint to the mexican front desk women, about their continually lying to me about housekeeping. What he did was openly retaliate against me, which is a violation of the law. I had heard that he is having sex with the mexican front desk women, and if so, he is violating another law. The area is a nice one, so the extremely trashy and corrupt staff at this motel is out of place. The corporate office voicemail greeting explicitly says that the woman will return the phone calls. And I left 4 voicemails with them, but they never returned my call. So the corruption also is at the corporate level. They don't get that they're only harming their...

Hit and miss with the office staff. Some are helpful and friendly and some are rude and act like your an inconvenience just speaking to them. 2 of few rare nice things about the motel is that they are pet friendly and the price of the rooms are pretty low. Between $60 to $100 a night depending on the day of the week and wether you want a nicer/premium room. They do have a pool, hot tub, laundry facility and soda/snack vending machines but all are so over- priced it's pretty much not worth buying anything from them unless you don't mind paying $2.50 for a cup of Ramen noodles. Ridiculous. The cheaper rooms have no microwaves ( there is one in the laundry/vending machine room) and old CRT TVs from the 90's and are kinda hard to justify the low price for what you actually "get" so to speak. The bathrooms are nasty, it has a bathtub/shower in it , but let's just say I wore shower sandals when i took a shower and would never layed naked in the tub unless I sandblasted it off first. The toilet has constant running water in the tank ( that I had to fix myself, I'm a contractor so it wasn't a difficult fix but God bless the person who knows nothing about how toilets work.) AND THE STUPIDEST THING OF ALL I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS "MOTEL" is you can only stay 10 days in a row and then you have to leave for exactly 7 days and then you can come back and stay another 10 and then YOU ARE BANNED FOR LIFE for ever coming back and staying no matter the how long your gone for the second time. 20 days total of them accepting your money and then it's essentially " best twerp and don't over come back" MY ADVICE IN SUMMARY: Avoid this place like the plague , but if you absolutely have to stay, only stay 1 night and then take your business to a motel that actually cares about their customers . The only good thing I can say is that the maids are very kind hard working women so if you can, leave them a tip of some kind because I can only imagine how the management is trying to pay them least amount possible and if I had to guess makes them bring their own cleaning supplies. ( that last one is just pure speculation on my part but I wouldn't doubt it at all if that was the case. Sweet...
