Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Newark

On March 24th, I placed an order online that was stated to be ready at 11:37. I arrived at appx 11:30 and waited for the order. As I waited, I observed the two staff members were a little overwhelmed with an influx of orders - no big deal, I get it. Over the course of the next 45 mins, I waited and watched other patrons come in and wait, be acknowledged and asked their names, and have their tickets pulled and made. I additionally observed one girl flip through tickets that were piled on the counter and from the printer, to pick and choose ones to work on. I was never once acknowledged as I waited quietly. After 40 minutes, I asked another girl (who had just come on shift) to please cancel my order and have it refunded as my lunch break was now over and I had to return to work. It is now April 3 and I have since reached out to the corporate office twice about this issue to be told the store would contact me and issue the refund. NO contact has been made and NO refund processed. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend...

First and last time getting Jersey Mikes. Didn't know this location existed. Ordered an Italian bowl #13($9.95) with extra bacon ($1.65) & meat($1.85) with a wrap ($9.95) & extra meat($1.85) Total $25.25. I walked in and greeted the lady at the counter. She said nothing. Someone else walked up and greeted me. My food was ready on time. I get to my car and open the bag to find my wrap soggy and the salad sad. If this is what you call a salad bowl then stop selling them. Where's the lettuce? I call and get attitude saying her and some guy made my salad. Didn't know it takes 2 people to make a sad salad!! She saw there was barely any lettuce and added "extra". The bacon isn't cooked. I expected the bowl to be full of salad. Just do better or...

Went to get food here two nights ago at 7PM. My boyfriend tried to order on the app, but they shut off orders. So he drives there to order and the woman says they’re closed. The sign outside said open, and he asked what time they close. They said 9PM but they’re out of bread. So he leaves confused with no food. I order online today super early so we can get dinner for tonight. I walk in and tell them I’m picking up an order, they give me the bag, I say thank you have a nice night, nothing in response… okay. I get home open my sandwich (I asked for no oil and vinegar, sub mayo, extra mayo). There’s no mayo. They had a sign asking for a google review, so here it is.
