Truly an experience that I will never forget. But not in the way that you are probably thinking. This evening had me questioning whether it was a fever dream or a nightmare. Finding parking near the restaurant was the first challenge as finding a spot that was within 5 blocks is nearly impossible. I have listed some of my concerns and experiences from the night below: We ordered our drinks and waited more than 20-25 minutes before we even saw the waiter again. At one point I went up to the bar to ask for my drinks again and still had to wait another 10 minutes to get 2 waters. (30-35 minute wait in total) For some reasons, every person that I interacted with spoke with a condescending tone and avoided interactions with our table for the vast majority of the night. We were in no sense asking for a complex request (Our only request was water) The meat was raw. While I understand that some people enjoy a rare steak and that is fine; however, the meat was cold and completely inedible. This occurred on several occasions and regardless of requests for something cooked a bit longer, every item that was brought seemed to still moo as if it were still alive. The wait. If you are expecting an experience that is similar to a Fogo de Chao or Texas De Brazil, you are mistaken. We received meat maybe once in a 20-30 minute span, what we received was undercooked, and portions are sparse to say the least. Throughout the 2 hour night, we were fully ignored/avoided on 4 seperate occasions. The buffet options. If you enjoy undressed “caesar” salad, cold fries, or vegetables that have sitting in a mystery liquid for hours, then this is your spot. Otherwise, I would recommend avoiding the buffet all together and sticking to the seldomly seen selection of undercooked picanha or chicken thighs. While I wish that I could say that the dinner ended up on a high note, I cannot. The waiter ended up spilling his water pitcher on me and continued to avoid any attempt for our check or water.

A very nice place, it has what one looks for when going to a Rodizio, Meat. The confusion arose because we discovered the place on social media, we studied the new menu, and we were almost ready to order. Upon arrival,a boy met us at the door in Portuguese (we speak Spanish and English), we understood that there was only rodizio at 35 or buffet at 15 a pound, broken our plans, we chose two rodizios and two buffet orders for the kids. Suddenly they had two plates full of vegetables and other things they weren't looking for (they wanted their most special burger with French fries). Then another lady arrived and speaking in Spanish she put order there and explained better how the site worked that night. The meats were great for us, but I know the guys were disappointed. It is never the price but the desire to leave happy and at ease. We will return but we hope we do not have a limitation from the entrance, we want to try their coffee, their hamburgers, gain more confidence with their menu and give the 10 here for those who want to go to try their delicious picanha.

This is our first visit after they reopened. It’s still our go-to rodizio in Ironbound. The buffet is phenomenal. You can ask for the meats to be cooked to your desired temperature. The rodizio meats were properly seasoned. We also enjoyed the drinks (natural juices - pineapple and passion fruit) that came with our Groupon meal voucher. The desserts were beautifully presented and were delectable. The staff, specially Evando made sure that we had everything that we needed. Often checked back, cleared used plates and refilled our lemon water. The manager even came to check up on us. Our gaucho was amazing too!

Came here to celebrate my brother's birthday with a party of 8 family members. We were hoping for a fun and delicious dinner, since we had never been here before and the website advertised this place as a welcoming environment we decided to give it a shot. We regretted it as soon as we sat down.

To start: the host was very short with responses to questions we had and ignored all concerned voiced to him throughout our time here.

We never actually knew who our server was. One lady came up to us to offer us drinks, but we were not ready and asked for her to come back. A few minutes later, a man showed up and took our food order, and we got started on the rodizio. We asked him to get our brother a drink, and it took nearly 30 minutes for it to come out. The first waitress came around about the same time, and that was the last we saw of her until the end of the night when we were ready to pay.

The attention to our table was non-existent. Water refills were sparse, and at one point, my father had asked for water 5 times both to a waiter and the host and was ignored every time. We asked our initial waiter for a couple of drinks in the middle of our dinner, and it took him 45 minutes to get 1 of the 3 drinks we ordered. By this time, we've already paid. We had reminded him 3 times about our drink order.

The guys bringing around the meat were not fair in distribution either. Many times, the better cuts of meat were not brought to our table, and the same cheap cuts of chicken and sausage were being rotated. The meat itself could also do with a bit more seasoning. We were constantly flagging down a server.

Needless to say, we do not reccomened this place at all. The food was mid at best, and the service was awful. The servers notably took preference over certain sections of the restaurant. Even when we were paying, the host gave us our check and charged us to the wrong table, and the waitress from the start of the night had a hard time getting OUR check for us. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this level of disorganization and unprofessionalism was outstanding, especially for the price we paid.

My brother's birthday dinner was very disappointing. We regret dining here and do not recommend it.

Some advice if you do choose to go here: either take public transport, Uber, or you'll be fighting for a parking spot in a 5...

I Really do like this place. Food is great. And all the waiters are very friendly and attentive. Clean in and out. And I'll say it again... THE FOOD IS GREAT.

But why only 3 stars? 🤔

There's some dark skinned older lady (mid to late 40s about 5'10") she says she's the "manager" I told her one of the pieces she cut out for me from the Rodizio stick had too much fat on it (half the piece was fat) so she started going back and forth with me saying that's the way it comes can't do nothing about it. Remember that in this place you can pay for "Rodizio" (which is where the waiter comes to your table with all you can eat meat) and you can also pick out your food buffet style and then they weigh it out so you can pay per pound (I was paying per pound) .... Anyways I pretty much was letting her know I didn't want to pay for a bunch of fat and she kept telling me that's the way it comes that she couldn't do anything about it. Then I told her "I'm the customer, I'm right", to which she replied "but I'm the manager" then I said "no wonder your not the owner'" I know that was a little petty on my part) but still, I didn't want to pay for a piece of meat that had more then 50% fat (it was picaña) pretty much everyone stopped and stared at us as she wasn't backing down, neither was I. Eventually she cut off the fat off the piece of meat and gave me the rest while speaking in Portuguese. I sat down and ate the food. The waiters where really kind and nice (I tipped them well even tho I didn't like what happened earlier with their manager)

Another problem about this place is the Lack of parking. If you can't find any on the one-way street that they're on you have to pay for a parking lot across the street ($10 for the hour I was there) I wouldn't be complaining about this if it wasn't for the angry manager (but while we're here!)

I just wanna say this place is really not bad. I still go back whenever I'm in the area. I can deal with the parking problem, but the lady manager with the bad attitude problem needs some improvement. I understand being a manager is not the easiest thing in the world and can sometimes be very stressful dealing with employees, but what I said about the customer always being right is not an opinion, it's a fact. Those of us successful business owners know exactly what I'm...

Came here an about month ago with family to celebrate 2 birthdays, the food and service was great so I came back recently with some friends with a Groupon voucher that gets you a free drink and dessert.

Got to the restaurant a little after 7 and we were seated. The place was pretty empty at the time since it was a weekday. One of the employees pointed out the buffet and asked what temperature we liked our meat and we said Medium. The buffet was very mediocre, it was primarily salads/vegetables when last time it has more variety such as fish, pastas and some seafood mixes. The meat was coming around and it started out good with the chicken, sausage and garlic steak but then it slowly stopped coming by and we would have to wait long for the employee to come by with more meat and the meat began to become more dry/burnt and pieces would be cut smaller.

It got to a point where the person cutting the meat would skip our table despite us clearly waiting for more with empty plates. We asked one of the employees if we can have more steak come to our table. We ended up waiting even longer for just 2 more rounds of steak that again got cut into very small pieces. We didn’t want to wait for anymore meat to come by so we decided to just get the dessert and we waited another 20 minutes for the dessert to come out. Once the dessert was finished we again had to wait a very long time to get someone’s attention to get the check to us.

Again, we had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get the check and once we finally got it we noticed gratuity was automatically included on the check which was pretty upsetting because you’re still required to tip the full amount even if the service was bad and a lot of tax gets applied as well so we had to pay about $45 extra on top of what we paid per person.

Everytime we requested something it took more than 15 minutes even though the business only had 3 other tables and I would see employees on their phones.

We ended up leaving around 9:40 pm and we definitely spent more time waiting than actually eating. It seems this place is a hit or miss but overall I’m extremely disappointed and won’t...
