My screen was cracked so I looked around for the closest tech store that could fix it. I found U-Tech, read the comments and called. The staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone so I decided to stop by.

After walking in I was greeted by a hand shake by one of the staff members and processed immediately. I was invited to sit down as they stated that it would be about 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes I was greeted by another staff member that handed me my phone and said it was done.

As I was checking out, I learned that the staff member was one our students and chatted about certifications to do what he does and the pros and cons of the Iwatch.

I was in and out the store with a total time of 20 mins.

U Tech is professional and treats their customers with the utmost respect and care.

Worst store and company to ever go to. I went to their location in Elizabeth and brought my 15 pro and it was flashing an apple sign and when I got it back the screen was cracked and was flashing a green screen. They said it would be 500 to fix and would take up to 2 weeks. Made me pay $35 just to diagnose the phone. This place is a completely scam. They had some young kid working on my phone. When I came back the first time to check on my phone the kid hadn’t even started working on my phone and was in fact playing Fortnite on a monitor in the back. I would recommend this place to anyone in fact I suggest this company should get shut down. I am going to check to see if this company is accredited by the better business bureau and I’m going to assure this gets reported. I searched the internet for someone who fix PS4 and the one that caught my eye was U-Tech. I asked a couple of my friends about them and they were highly reccomended When i arrived there 2 of the asociates greeted me at the door with a coupon(which was a plus for me). When i explained what was the problem they knew exactly what the problem was and they handled it. The guys were very professional and i would truly recommend their service to any and everyone. We had great conversation. One of the workers even showed my son pictures of his gaming room and he had my son attention because he knew he was a gamer. My son game is perfect.
