My dining adventure at Boi Na Brasa would be an experience. I've often passed the quaint charm of this corner establishment, this time, I would go in. Tonights meal commenced with a Picanha in Brandy sauce, which was nothing short of succulent, melting tenderly with each bite. The accompanying white rice was a masterpiece of subtlety, perfectly cooked and seasoned, while the beans were a revelation, imbued with a deep, smoky essence that left a memorable imprint on the palate. However, the enchantment of the meal was disrupted by an unexpected visitor—a small mouse, reminiscent of a scene straight out of Ratatouille, that boldly scurried up to our table several times throughout the evening. This unexpected guest, coupled with an insulting compulsory 18% gratuity added to our bill by the waitstaff, cast a shadow over the culinary delights we had just enjoyed. Reflecting on the highs and lows of my visit, the dissonance between the kitchen's flavorful creations and the lapses in dining room etiquette and cleanliness leaves me in a predicament. With a heavy heart, I must temper my enthusiasm with caution, awarding Boi Na Brasa a compromised 2.5 stars. Despite the kitchen's evident prowess, diners deserve a holistic experience that encompasses both exquisite food and impeccable service without presumptuous gratuitous entitlements, or Ratatouille.

Good food, nice atmosphere! We had dinner on a Thursday evening to celebrate my birthday. We have been to this restaurant a number of times and have always enjoyed our meals. The three of us got steaks (skirt, rib eye and top sirloin) which were all very tasty, seasoned well and cooked as requested. They came with side of rice, beans, French fries and various sauces to share. We were disappointed that the french fries were not crispy or fresh. The chimichurri sauce was very good. We shared a pitcher of red sangria that was very good. The wait staff sang happy birthday to me with dessert of Maracuja. Unfortunately our waiter disappeared after our food was delivered and we had to keep going to bar to ask for water, dessert and even the check. There was parking lot on the side which is very convenient considering limited street parking. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and will return again!

For my 49th birthday dinner, I chose to celebrate 🍾 at Boi Na Brasa Brazilian Restaurant. Wonderful waiters and waitresses, who provided an optimal level of customer service. No wait time, we were seated upon entering. My first order, I was not so pleased with, so I asked if I could switch it out with another entree. Without hesitation or fuss, they discarded my first order and took my second order, which was very reassuring and impressive. The shelled steak. (My date had the salmon). It was cooked, at my request, just the way I love my steak. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and positive energy. A great place for date night or family night. The team there brought out birthday cake 🎂 for me, with an enormous fire cracker on it and sang to me in English and Spanish😍. I felt just the way I should have on my birthday....SPECIAL. ❤ Great food and service!!😍

Very bad experience!!

After asking a server to just throw away most of the food with sauce content because I couldn't eat due to unpleasant, low quality and low end sauce recipe flavor the sever manager in charge unexpectedly bring the food and questioned my decision why I returned my food if all seafood wasn't there and I eat the expensive part "the seafood mix" so I have to clarify I didn't asked for return or exchange I asked to be removed from my table to have more space, I have to clarify that I just don't like how the sauce it taste and I want to eat just the seafood for the protein intake, that's why I placed all the seafood separately in my plate with a lot of parmesano cheese to cover the bad taste of the sauce, I mentioned also that I'm not enjoying this food at all and that's why I have to add something to change and cover the unpleasant sauce flavor, so I asked and placed a lot of extra cheese on top of seafood, pretty much never you have to do something like this on seafood Paella style with clamps, oysters shrimp, lobster, lol .. So he turned around and he left without any apologies for the bad understanding also not attempting to find any fair solution for this big customer satisfaction problem. Cero customer care and no concerns at all with cero client support.

My review points specifically to the very poor with lack of skills and unprofessional customer service. Definitely this restaurant doesn't know to handle a good customer who knows how to be served right, customer how understand and have high quality customer service. The servers are nice people good and hardworking people too but the owner of this place let all responsibility on them without given the right training and teaching how to differentiate a average customer asking for a cheeseburger and fries at Wendy's and how to treat a customer how is willing to pay hundreds on a dinner. We were there because we like try new restaurants but this definitely wasn't a good idea! Definitely the owner of this place is too relaxed letting things just flow as it goes with common customers and not prioritizing restaurant reputation for high-end business. I hope he isn't complaining if things are not going too well in the business how...

Worst experience in years! Never was there before and definitely I will never comeback! Very low quality food, easy to get any average low end restaurant for half of the price! Worst experience on customer service and worst seafood ever! Do not order seafood from this place ever! I was there with my family on mother's day and I had to leave without eating my Mother's day dinner since I requested a food exchange after the second bite of this very unpleasant food taste. There was raw clumps of flour in the sauce and after waiting over 30 extra minutes to have the new food of the exchange, it never showed up. Even with barely any people left in restaurant so not many new food orders were in progress-they cannot blame it was still busy at that time- it was almost 7:30pm and just at 25% capacity and already most of customers with their food. The seafood was unpleasant tasting, it had that fish tank taste and the sauce called “green sauce” was the worst part. This lumpy bland sauce had uncooked roux, the flour was clumped up in the sauce, with that strong taste of raw flour halfway cooked, it was disgusting. My husband had different sauce called red sauce and it was also so bad tasting that he had to remove all seafood from the sauce just to have something to eat and he returned the pasta to dispose and he asked for parmesan cheese to use as a topping for the selected seafood he wanted to eat just as a protein intake to cover this horrible taste. He laughed and said it's just another every day protein source to get his macros in but it definitely wasn’t a nice enjoyed dinner out! On the other hand my daughter had a decent plate with meat as a first ingredient and it was much better. I tried to get the same plate but as I mentioned, i was never was served after a solid 30 minutes of waiting. Obviously I canceled the order and we left, no point in eating by myself with my family members already finished their dinner! If you plan on going there, do not try their low quality seafood and horrible recipe they have! We ending up leaving the place to get a cappuccino with a dessert nearby to at least have something...
