I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over two years. Yup—two years of frizzy ends, puffiness, and total fear of getting my hair touched. I’ve been researching salons for months, reading reviews, watching videos, and trying to find the one. That search led me to this gem of a Brazilian salon—and I am so grateful it did!
I booked an appointment with Caesar, and from the moment I walked in, both he and the owner (I wish I remembered her name!) made me feel calm and taken care of. I explained how anxious I was since it had been so long since I’d had my hair trimmed, and they genuinely reassured me every step of the way.
Caesar was so gentle and patient—he brushed out my hair section by section (and I mean really took his time) before applying a gloss treatment that gave my hair life again. I let the gloss process for a bit, and then the owner took me to the back for a relaxing wash that felt like a mini spa moment.
Now the trim—let me tell you—I’ve never had a trim like this before. Caesar was meticulous, checking and re-checking every strand. He went over, under, and around to make sure every single split end was gone. You could tell he really cared about the integrity of my hair, not just giving me a quick cut.
He also took the time to ask what I use in my hair and suggested some alternatives without being pushy. I appreciated that he encouraged me to finish what I have at home but gave me honest advice about switching to a better system that suits my hair needs.
After the blowout, my hair looked incredible. Of course, the weather had other plans and the humidity brought out some frizz again (not his fault at all!), but the gloss has still lasted and my hair feels so much healthier.
I promised them I’d be back in three months for another trim—and I meant it! In fact, I already booked my next appointment for baby lights and face-framing highlights next week. 💇🏽♀️✨

Read moreI took a picture with the instructions of how I wanted the haircut. It was very clear. A person I guess the owner sent me to get the haircut with this guy. He was really nice I don't have complaints about his attention. But clearly you could tell he didn't know how to cut hair. He tried very hard to accomplish the outcome but without the necessary skills it took him 1:40 hrs. to finish it. The only part he did the job was at the back and he barely touched the front and upper part... I had to request to cut also the front cause hi assumed as he finished the back head we were done. As a person that gets his hair cut always, I could tell he didn't had any knowledge. I had to describe the kind of scissors he need to use to give texture. I did love that he was very meticulous to get it done and very delicate with the razor... I suffer a lot about this, but I barely feel the blade. What disappointed me was that I saw people leaving and coming and no one else check on him or me to see if everything was good. The guy waiting for the haircut after me, decided to leave cause he was gonna be the person cutting his hair....
Read moreThe owner is heartless, avoid this place at all costs. My mother has been coming to this location for over 20 years and never experienced such cruel service until recently. She had an appointment scheduled but unfortunately had to take a trip to the emergency room for an unexpected health concern. She called in advance to cancel her appointment, but the receptionist and owner were very condescending and displayed a nasty tone in letting my mother know that she's expected to pay a $45 cancelation fee and if not, "she's never welcomed back to the salon." Their exact words. If that's how they do service with their long time customers, then maybe they should consider finding a new owner...
