McDonald's — Restaurant in Newark

Since i just went and wasted another 15 min of my life typing out the complaint form just for it to erase everything i typed ill leave a colorful review here. To set the stage, I just got done working. Ive had 8 hours of sleep split between the last 3 days. I was picking up a doordash order and decided to get something to eat. It was 3:29am as per my email reciept. Since i was already in the line waiting, i thought it would ve rude to just say hey i ordered something else heres my mobile order too. Instead i left to deliver the doordash order and came back to pick up my food at 3:40am. The line was long and painfully slow as per usual. When i finally got up to the speaker is where things started adding up. I was skipped twice. The car that was behind me in line ended up somehow 2 cars ahead of me in line. When i got to the speaker to give them my order it was 4:04am. The lady explained to me that the cooks were too lazy. That they cancelled the order that was already in the system since 3:29am. I had them cancel the order. I didnt want their business at that point. But wait theres more! So now i have about 2 cars behind me and 4 cars ahead of me and im stuck waiting there like a clown because their workers are too lazy to cook the meal from scratch. In total ive spent roughly ~1hr in total waiting in a drivethrough without the food i paid for an hour earlier. Dont ever waste your time coming to this dump. Lazy and unorganized workers. Ive never had an issue so messed up with any fast food place in my 30 years of miserable existance so congrats and kudos to these losers for making me step out of my shell and try something i usually would shrug my sholders over. Visited here on July 27, 2018 off of rte 896 near rte 4 in Newark De. The service was not good. The cashier was fine but when the manager, African American female addressed her she called her "that girl" which was unprofessional in front of customers. They got my order mixed up and didn't give me a well done burger as I asked, so she, the manager got an attitude and the cook was in the back saying what is well done and the manager said I dont know I guess she want it butnt, and the cook kept playing with my burger holding it up saying "is this well done, is this well done". Then in the Happy Meals my children requested double fries because the fries they give them are so tiny and they gave them the tiny fries, so I had to go back up there. Why did i do that? She, the manager was livid going off telling other worker just give her the fries. I then took a picture of her because she wouldn't give me her name and another customer told her. She really went off "God dont like ugly" cursing in between. Then yelling "I'm a good person and no one would believe what I said anyway". And she just kept going on and on til finally I took my kids and left because she was being very rude and getting disrespectful in front of my...

I typically dont put up negative reviews, it deters business. In this case im making a special exception.

I'm not being unrealistic. It isnt rocket science, to be able to put an order together the right way. EVEN IF IT IS BUSY. I paid for my food like everyone else. Get it right. Or ATLEAST CLOSE.

The only thing from my $17 dollar order that was correct was the bottle of water they handed me.. 2 mcchicken extra mayo ( came with no mayo at all. EITHER ONE ) Double Quarterpounder with cheese. No onions. ( was given a single with)

Missing two large fries altogether. Nuggets had no sauce. After they asked me if I wanted any put in the bag. And whose fault is this ? MINE because I believed i could trust the employee to take care of it. I didnt check EVERY item.( or any of them, it shouldnt be my job)

I also didnt get a receipt so "nothing can be done" -not sure who told me this.

They either need to pay more attention to detail. Or Re-Staff. Never coming back. This is an EVERYTIME problem.

As this is a review... I'd make the recommendation to find a different McDonald's. Theres millions of them. Absolutely...
