I am trying to be as fair as possible, the service wasn't the best. While I was there, this one particular person was so rude, we ordered, paid, and sat down to talk. While the order was worked on. I heard the cook read out the type of the hot dog and we thought that was ours, we stood up to take it. We didn't realize that it was the wrong order. We took it back to our seat. Opened it didn't dive into it to take some pictures to send to our friends. The lady came out and yelled in front of everyone that it wasn't our order and we would be charge for it. I was in shocked and couldn't speak until I wrapped my head around that. So I said "we didn't touched the food, would you be good to have this as our order instead since it was similar pricing for the other. It was honest mistake and it will happened to anyone. She could've come to our place and talked with us privately. But instead, she said it out-loud as if we were stealing and didn't pay for our food. The cook was not to blame. Since he wasn't the one who took our order. She didn't agree and said that our order was already being cooked. So we said she can throw it away. We handed her the wrong order that we received and she tossed it away. No problem. It was our first time there, we had such bad experience. Instead of doing things she was supposed to. She went to the back talked on the phone so loudly and was absolutely rude to us from the start. After all that hassle, the hot dogs wasn't that great and we both had a few bites but toss the rest away. How would you feel if you r the customer and you get treated that way?! There was more than one way to handle the situation and she chose the worst possible way
If that person is treating me "a paying customer" that way imagine how she treats...
Read moreI don't get out much. So I was informed about this spot by a co-worker. My son likes Korean corn dogs, so we finally checked it out last week.
Service was pretty cool. Laid back, tiny set up on the Main Street of UD. I got the coffee boba, and a Vietnamese mochinut donut, along with the Potato Mozzarella Dog.
My son had the Hot Cheetos Original Hot Dog.
The Potato Mozzarella Dog tasted like a giant unseasoned french fry. Now, that crunch was amazing, however there was simply no seasoning. Had the cheese had maybe jalapenos or something in it or the outside dusted with something, it would have been fire.
The Hot Cheetos Original, according to my son was pretty good. Wasn't Hot Cheetos heat, but it was fairly tasty.
My coffee drink was refreshing. Really sweet, but it's expected. I don't care for the boba at the bottom of it. The plastic cup it came in was a nice touch to make it look like a soda can.
My Vietnamese coffee donut tasted nothing like coffee of any kind. Super sweet, which I don't mind. My son's Fruity Pebbles donut was good tho. The crunch was phenomenal.
I'd definitely go back, but not in...
Read moreBeen there 4 times and 3 of those 4 times I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes for a few corn dogs while watching other customers constantly come in after me receiving the same corn dogs I ordered b4 me. Yes I’m black. Most of the customers being served b4 me were either non poc or a lighter skin tone than me. Just left there and waited 45 minutes for 2 corn dogs and someone who came in at least 10 minutes after me received the EXACT corn dog my gf just ordered. After 30 minutes we asked what the hold up was and I was told that I’d have to wait another 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into 15 and when my gf told them again how long we’d been waiting, they said they were being made currently. Why now? Why has it taken so long? There’s only 10 different corn dog options so it’s not hard to make them ahead of time. Not gonna lie though the food is great but the service and experience is...
