Disregarded the fact that we mentioned HEALTH aspect in our original review and tried to make it about me disrespectful to their employee via my comments just got u all 1 star. That explains why she was comfortable with walking off disrespectfully, because she knows her boss will defend her poor customer service. We would NEVER recommend this place.
Anna took our order over the phone. Was very nice and kind. When arrived there was not the same SVC vibe from the brown girl at the Register.. 1.. wearing that mask doesn't allow anyone to see a smile of customer service friendly(if at all) then wen had a specific medical request and spoke of mngr she ignored and walked away. Anna was professional and offered to clean the area and accomodations within reason. FIRE that other girl she is rude and lacks customer service. Never want ppl to lose their job or income but you don't play with ppl health and time. Stop being urban minded and carry yourself in area more dignified representation of a quaint cute bagel shop. Read moreWe ordered food from here on a delivery service. The instructions were to contact us if item was unavailable. When our food arrived it was not what we ordered. I called the shop and the lady rudely interrupted me to say that they ran out of the ingredients we had wanted so the decided to just substitute other things (did you guys know that onions are apparently a good replacement for cucumbers?), the restaurant never even reached out to let us know they did not have what we wanted like instructed, they just made up something different to send us. After going back and forth with the lady a little bit she said that she would refund our order. I requested she send me confirmation of that to my email, which she agreed to and never did. I have given it 2 weeks (10 business days) to have time to process a refund and she up in my account, and it appears that she never actually refunded my order because it still has...

Went off to work only to realize my order was wrong instead of turkey bacon they used pork, but I can’t eat pork. I hate to be difficult but I called them and they said they would exchange it for me. When I got here they were hesitant asking me “are you sure you told us turkey bacon?” Like I can’t eat pork so how would I ever make that mistake. They corrected it but I just didn’t appreciate the hesitation when it was a mistake on their part. The food is great though honestly!
