Got up to the counter to order. Kid short hair too busy giggling to get my order right. Ordered a VENTI Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra carmel. I got a grande with no extra carmel. Told the girl who made it and she looked at the label and told me he charged me for a grande with a snippy attitude and handed me the drink giggles didn't put in correctly and walked away. I have a starbucks account and in all the years I have ordered I have NEVER ordered a grande anything. The kids in this store need to be taught customer service. Had to walk into a Starbucks after nearly six months and was reminded why I avoid it.
Living in a part of the world where we are spoiled for choice in terms of exceptional quality, I had already lowered my expectations before walking into this outlet. To their credit 🙂, this location managed to fail at even those modest standards and expectations.
Ordered their flat white latte with their blonde beans and got a pathetic concoction with burnt beans.

They made a mistake by preparing a drink of the wrong size and incorrectly labelling it with another person's name. Though minor errors can be excused, what was troubling was the lack of professionalism when I asked for confirmation about the mix-up. The staff seemed impatient and even laughed at my query. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior as it may reflect personal dissatisfaction, which shouldn't impact customer service. I hope they strive to treat all customers with the respect...
