Tram Cream Coffee 5 — Restaurant in Newark

My friends and I came here after a dinner and it was our first time trying their coffee(they both came once before and tried avocado drink). My other friend and I ordered VIP coffee with less ice, regular sweet and we were delighted. The cup was actually full and it has less ice. Our other friend ordered the coconut coffee and it was really good as well. However, when I dropped by on my way to work, I ordered the same coffee with less ice, expecting that it would be the same. But it was 3/4 full and half of it was ice. The cup was literally less than a quarter of coffee. I drank it within minutes. I was disappointed. So I tried and went again and let them know my concern and they did explained that everything is pre-measured. But I also let them know that our first try was good and wish they can keep it that way. They tried to make it better that time. But when I went for the 3rd time, it's the same issue. As much as I like the taste of their coffee, it's too pricey and a lot less compare to other good vietnamese coffee like Phin Café. I would come here still but it will not be like my go to coffee everyday. Overall, most staff are friendly, store is pleasant and clean but they definitely have to be better with the amount of serving on their coffee/drinks, considering that their prices are way higher than other ...

My daughter loves the Strawberry Tea at Tram, and when we go there, she usually orders a large size with less ice. However, the cup is only ¾ full, and they still put too much ice in her drink. The ice takes up half of the cup. I went to ask them why it was like this and why there was so much ice. The worker just looked at me and said, "Sorry."

I expected that when I brought it to their attention, they would remake the drink properly, especially considering the price we paid. We are very disappointed, upset, and unhappy with this place. This is NOT the first time this has happened to us.

Light, clean, spacious shop with thoughtful design. I love their logo :) They had jazz playing and the atmosphere was very pleasant - even the bathrooms were nice! I sat here for several hours and worked as did several other people. The staff was very polite, helpful, and quick. I was anticipating a standard coffee/cafe menu but I was surprised to see their menu is all specialty items (duh, I didn’t read, I was in a rush to find a work space). I usually get a strong iced oat latte or espresso so the Vietnamese White Coffee was very rich and very sweet for my palette but WOWWWW it was VERY good!!!! It was like all the best parts of a coffee milkshake :)...
