Horrible experience. I asked her to go a little more firmer in the beginning because it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me with no pressure at all. But she never went firmer not even after I asked tge second time. Her hands felt yucky as if I had my little boy rub my shoulders after he came home from school without washing his hands. My face started to get itchy and swell so I wondered how much dust was around me. She kept talking to the guy next to me and it smelled like she just ate seafood before she started on me. Her massage was not even on both sides for example she rubbed my left hand fingers but never did my right hand fingers. When i turned around onto my face i noticed a lot of dirt, dust and hair. And I started to sneeze and pray that this would end soon. People were loud and constantly walking all around me while my face was covered or faced down over looking dirt. I kind of felt like I was at a dinner party and I was the dinner on the table. If you’re wondering why I never got up and just left, it was because my good friend was getting a massage next to me and with her snoring I felt like I didn’t want to ruin her experience. BUT get this I paid $25 which was so not worth it when the other massage places nearby that weren’t available were only $20. When I didnt tip the guy at the front looked like he wanted to kill me and asked why I was not tipping and did it right in front of the massage lady. I was like first off you’re lucky I am even paying $25 but I told him I wanted firmer and she never did it and that the massage was not worth it and I was unhappy. And I walked out with never wanting to see that place again. You get what you pay for but that...

Omg i been coming here for quite some time so today i was excited cause it was a while that I haven't been getting my massage couse of the covid and I moved to south San Francisco but still loyal to this place but after today visit me and my husband went and pampered us to the $45 inside the room instead of the $25 out in the main lobby first of all they didn't do the rocks they cut on their Message but thats ok still good massage but the problem was when I tip one of the workers $10 for tip the other was also waiting for hes tip so me and my husband left out side to the car couse I didn't have extra on me so I noticed the Owner ran up to my car and Damaned tip and told him relax im getting money 💰 but just the way he came at us so we only had $5 cash and that's all we handle him for the other workers and said to me no no its $10 and over minimum I was in shock I wasn't aware the tip was mandatory and $10 and up how sad I always tip them good just this time I only had $5 for one and $10 for the Other never will I go or my family 👪 how...

ZERO STAR !!!! BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Owner is rude and has NO customer service. He was answering the phone half the time he was doing my massage and his reason, I am the business owner so I have to answer the phone. When o told him that you should get someone to answer the phone because you need to concentrate on your customer, he became very defensive and SARCASTICALLY apologized. Plus, I know for sure that my massage was cut short. He yelled at me and told me that I don’t have to come!
